The following indictments were handed down by the Wood County Grand Jury January 29:
Joseph Manley Jones, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, third degree felony; and prohibited weapon, third degree felony.
David Joshua Martinez, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member – impede breathing/circulation.
Michaela April Moreno, possession controlled substance penalty group 3 more than or equal to 28 grams less than 200 grams.
Carolyn Marie Hughey, abandon/endanger child criminal negligence, state jail felony.
Floyd Dewayne Hughey, abandon/endanger child criminal negligence, state jail felony.
