The following cases were handed down from the Wood County Grand Jury May 27.
Aaron T. Hayes, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member-impeding breathing/circulation.
Brandon C. Soles, possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds.
Chelsea Moore, possession of controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
Shelbie N. Joslin, tampering with physical evidence; possession of controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
Stephanie G. Hays, theft of property $2,500 or more but less than $30,000 (non-profit organization) (enhanced)
Francs K. Ramirez, deadly conduct discharge firearm; deadly conduct firearm.
Ethan Chance Ralph, criminal mischief $2,500 or more but less than $30,000.
Scott A. Stalsberg, theft property $30,000 or more, less than $150,000.
Ashley Hope Jones, fraud use/possession of identifying information; and two counts of forgery financial instrument.
Falon L. Honea, possession of controlled substance penalty group less than one gram.
Stacy Lynn Jones, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one, one gram or more, but less than four grams in a drug free zone.
