July 6

Deputy Morrison, warrant service at adult probation. Justin Williamson, 26, Alba arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Whisenhunt, criminal trespass, Private Road 5183; employee’s ex-wife at location trying to access business computer, suspect told to leave multiple times, she refused. As law enforcement was contacted, female left scene, business’s lawyers would file for restraining order. 

Deputy Pollard, harassment; victim advised female continually contacted him after repeatedly told to stop. Copies of text messages provided, case forwarded to investigations.

July 7

Deputy Croney, criminal mischief, FM 2869; during the night someone keyed vehicle, victim provided text messages of possible suspect who admitted being at residence during night, case forwarded to investigations.

Sgt. Milbourn, terroristic threat; victim received texts from person who made threats, unable to locate suspect, will be looked for again for welfare check. 

Cpl. Cooper and multiple deputies, deadly conduct, Hwy. 154; suspect pulled gun on victim. Cooper stopped suspect vehicle, victim provided video of suspect waving gun toward victims in their vehicle. Kendrick Davis, 31, Tyler, arrested for two counts aggravated assault with deadly weapon, one count abandon/endanger child. 

Deputy Morrison, warrant service, Quitman. Sterlin Farley, 31, Quitman arrested for outstanding warrants.

Deputy Morrison, warrant service, FM 2869. Joshua Moore, 19, Hawkins arrested for outstanding warrants. 

July 8

Cpl. Cooper, warrant service, Quitman. Andrea Sandlin, 30, Quitman arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Rapp, disturbance, County Road 4590; victim and husband got into argument, he assaulted her multiple times. Wayland Creecy, 65, Winnsboro arrested for assault. 

Deputy Pollard, burglary, FM 2869; victim noticed door opened freely, kitchen light on, multiple items missing, no suspects, case forwarded to investigations.

Sgt. Cox, theft, County Road 2258; someone hacked victim’s email, made transactions on bank account, case forwarded to investigations.

July 9

Deputy Hughes, disturbance, Holiday Villages; subject’s sister advised she had video of him and wife staying together while there was protection order. Kathryn O’Connor, 45, Quitman arrested for violation of protection order.

Deputy Hughes, traffic stop, FM 17; vehicle license plate light out. Deputy observed driver acting nervous, could barely speak, asked what was in his mouth, he stated a baggie, had crystal-like substance. Jeremy Rincon, 40, Alba arrested for possession of controlled substance. 

Deputy Gould, warrant service, Oak St. in Yantis. Tabitha Heatherly, 39, Yantis arrested for outstanding warrant.

July 10

Deputy Williams, suspicious circumstance, FM 2088; individual tangled in fence near roadway, victim unsure how he got in fence line, not acting normal, denied using drugs, felt like he was on drugs.

Deputy Rapp, suspicious circumstance, County Road 3639; vehicle moved on victim’s property. Deputy observed vehicle had been moved and another vehicle missing, caller wished to report missing vehicle stolen and had possible suspect, case forwarded to investigations.

July 11

Deputy Rapp, theft; someone stole license plate off vehicle, did not have suspect, plate entered as stolen.

Deputy Croney, burglary; house broken into, items missing, did not have serial numbers to items or video footage.

Deputy Morrison, burglary; several vehicles gone through, no items taken, wanted incident documented.

July 12

Deputy Croney, burglary, County Road 4592; victim rented house, checked residence after subject left, items missing, provided security footage, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Pollard, animal cruelty, County Road 4640; witness observed multiple subjects hitting, kicking horse. Deputy spoke with individuals who were uncooperative about who owned the horse, got animal rescuer to pick up horse, transported to vet. 

Deputy Hughes, suspicious circumstance, FM 2869, observed glass pipe in driver’s lap, driver threw pipe into woods. Deputy located wrapper with crystal substance in vehicle. Howard Glen Weems, 64, Winnsboro, arrested for possession of controlled substance. 

Cpl. Cooper, disturbance, FM 312; located vehicle, victims advised they went to residence to get belongings, suspect tried to block them in residence, suspect rammed vehicle multiple times, case forwarded to investigations.
