March 11
1:34 a.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on Loop 564 near Mineola. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
3:39 a.m. Bobby Harris, 21, of Quitman, was arrested for driving while intoxicated when deputies conducted a traffic stop on CR 3104 near Quitman.
8:01 a.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle near Lake Quitman beach area. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
9:27 a.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious person on Hwy. 154 near Quitman. Deputies located the individual and cleared the incident.
9:37 a.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party concerning theft on Hwy. 182 near Alba. The reporting party’s boat was stolen. This case is active.
10:41 a.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party about suspicious circumstances on CR 2432 near Mineola. Deputies advised the reporting party that extra patrol would be provided.
9:27 a.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious person on Hwy. 154 near Quitman. Deputies located the individual and cleared the incident.
9:37 a.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party concerning a theft that occurred on FM 182 near Alba. The reporting party’s boat was stolen. This case is active.
10:02 a.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party concerning a theft on CR 1550 near Alba. Several items were stolen from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
10:41 a.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party about suspicious circumstances. Deputies advised the reporting party that extra patrol would be provided.
1:36 p.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious person on Hwy. 154 near Quitman. Deputies located the individual and provided a courtesy transport.
3:07 p.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on Hwy. 37 near Winnsboro. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
3:33 p.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party in reference to fraud on Hwy. 80 near Hawkins. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
3:39 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 182 near Quitman about a theft. Two utility trailers were stolen from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
7:22 p.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious person on Holiday Village Dr. near Quitman. The individual was located and transported to the hospital by EMS.

1:03 p.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party in reference to harassment on FM 312 near Winnsboro. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
2:59 p.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party about an abandoned vehicle on FM 14 near Hawkins. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
7:56 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1860 near Yantis about a possible assault. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
8:47 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 4200 near Winnsboro about suspicious circumstances. Deputies located the suspicious activity and cleared the incident.
March 13
12:26 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 17 near Alba about a disturbance. Deputies made contact with the reporting party and cleared the incident.
1:53 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 17 near Alba concerning an assault. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
9:27 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to Main St. in Yantis in reference to fraud. Someone tried to deposit a fraudulent check. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
11:34 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Hawkins concerning a possible theft. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and issued a criminal trespass warning.
6:04 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 4870 near Winnsboro about shots fired. Deputies made contact with the individuals and cleared the incident.

10:45 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 852 near Winnsboro about a dispute. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
11:37 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 17 near Alba about a disturbance. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
8:03 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 3540 near Hawkins concerning an assault. William Worthington, 40, of Hawkins, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impede breathing/circulation.
March 15
12:02 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1681 near Alba about a disturbance. Parties were separated for the night.
8:14 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to City Circle in Yantis concerning criminal mischief. Someone damaged the park property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
6:13 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 69 near Mineola concerning a reckless driver. Thomas Ridgeway, 55, of Plano, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
10:24 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1941 near Yantis about a noise complaint. Deputies located the individuals and advised them to lower the volume of the music.
March 16
1:02 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2177 near Mineola about a disturbance. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
2:22 a.m. Samuel Kauahquo, 32, of Mineola, was arrested for an outstanding warrant on Turman St. in Mineola.
3:34 a.m. Richard Voyles, 34, of Mineola, was arrested for an outstanding warrant on CR 2700 near Mineola.
9:16 a.m Deputies were dispatched to Valley Wood Trail near Hawkins in reference to an assault. William Martin, 67, of Hawkins, was arrested for injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury.
9:32 a.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on FM 1799 near Mineola. Kevin Roberts, 36, of Lindale, was arrested for burglary of habitation.
10:17 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1997 near Yantis concerning fraud. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
7:14 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 1643 near Winnsboro about a burglary. Several items were stolen from the reporting party’s residence. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
10:02 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 778 near Mineola about a disturbance. Courtney Keel, 43, of Mineola, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence.
March 17
1:39 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 69 near Alba concerning suspicious circumstances. Deputies located the suspicious activity and cleared the incident.
7:04 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 37 near Quitman about a dispute. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
9:28 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to City Circle in Yantis concerning criminal mischief. The reporting party’s property was damaged. This case is active.
12:31 p.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 3992 near Winnsboro. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
3:28 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 80 near Mineola concerning a dispute. Chasity Taylor, 25, of Bullard, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
4:55 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to Lake Quitman beach area about a dispute. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
Between March 11 and 17, Wood County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to multiple agency assists that included the following: Mineola Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services, Quitman Police Department, Mineola Police Department and US Marshals.
