7:36 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 69 near Alba, concerning theft. Someone stole several lottery tickets from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

1:45 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Quitman in reference to theft. The reporting party’s mail was stolen. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

6:54 p.m. Brian Bishop, 64, of Quitman, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

11:26 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported on Hwy. 37 near Quitman. Tyler Wright, 27, of Quitman, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Nov. 14

12:48 p.m. Deputies spoke to a reporting party about a fraud on FM 312 near Winnsboro. Deputies gave advice and cleared the incident.

4:13 p.m. A male, 67, was found deceased at his residence on Spur 514 near Yantis. The justice of the peace did not order an autopsy.

Nov. 15

10:29 a.m. Deputies spoke with a reporting party concerning harassment on CR 1297 near Yantis. Deputies gave advice and cleared the incident.

1:52 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 3836 near Hawkins about an abandoned vehicle in the roadway. Wyatt’s Towing towed the vehicle and the incident was cleared.

5:30 p.m. Someone stole a firearm from the reporting party’s residence on FM 2869 near Hawkins. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

10:25 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 4918 near Quitman concerning an assault. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

Nov. 16

1:03 a.m. After a traffic stop on Pacific St. in Mineola, deputies arrested  Joshua Weger, 34, of Powderly for possession of a controlled substance and tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, and Amanda McCann, 39, of Paris, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 

11:46 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 154 near Yantis about a burglary. Several items were stolen from the reporting party’s residence. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

2:41 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy. 80 near Mineola and Kalpesh Patel, 42, of Mineola, was arrested for no drivers license while unlicensed.

7:07 p.m. Myressa Cribbs, 25, of Winnsboro, was arrested for an outstanding warrant by deputies who were conducting a traffic stop on Winnsboro St. in Quitman. 

7:44 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 3955 near Hawkins for a disturbance. Parties were separated for the night.

Nov. 17

3:58 a.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on CR 4750 near Winnsboro and Jordan Thornton, 20, of Winnsboro, was arrested for driving while intoxicated with open alcoholic container.

11:50 a.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party concerning harassment on FM 515 near Yantis. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

1:49 p.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on Beaulah St. in Hawkins where Patrick Robinson, 33, of Hawkins, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 

1:50 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1726 near Yantis, about a criminal trespass. Deputies issued a criminal trespass warning and cleared the incident.

6:07 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2280 near Mineola for a disturbance. Parties were separated prior to the deputies’ arrival.

6:29 p.m. After a disturbance was reported on FM 515 near Alba, deputies separated the parties involved for the night.

10:12 p.m. Robert LaPlante, 26, of Alba, was arrested for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance after deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy. 37 near Mineola.

Nov. 18

11:18 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 2659 near Hawkins for an inquest. A female, 76, was found deceased in her residence. 

4:15 p.m. Two guitars were stolen from the reporting party’s vehicle on Hwy. 80 near Mineola. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

Nov. 19

11:34 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 3522 near Hawkins about a dispute. Parties were separated for the day.

12:35 p.m. A scam was reported on CR 2444 near Mineola. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

2:18 p.m. Deputies handled a dispute on CR 1859 near Yantis Parties were separated for the day.

2:55 p.m. Deputies spoke with the reporting party about a fraud on CR 4586 near Winnsboro. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

6:58 p.m. Mason Brady, 19, of Mineola, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury when deputies were dispatched to PR 6645 near Mineola.
