NOVEMBER 21

Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 7:39 a.m., in reference to criminal mischief that occurred on CR 2351 near Mineola. Deputies determined this to incident to be a civil matter.

Deputies were dispatched to Fm 69 near Como, at approximately 8:39 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.

Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 10:43 a.m., in reference to criminal trespass on CR 2900 near Alba. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 515 near Winnsboro, at approximately 6:45 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.

Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 7:58 p.m., in reference to terroristic threat that occurred on CR 3859 near Winnsboro. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 3639 near Hawkins, at approximately 8:18 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief. Actors, or actors unknown, damaged the reporting party’s fence. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2260 near Mineola, at approximately 11:14 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.

NOVEMBER 22

Deputies were dispatched to FM 312 near Winnsboro, at approximately 2:41 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies spoke with the owner of the building and it was a false alarm.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2325 near Mineola, at approximately 9:11 a.m., in reference to a disturbance. Marvin Evans, 67, of Mineola, was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury, Family Violence.

Deputies were dispatched to Wild Goose Lane near Hawkins, at approximately 4:58 p.m., in reference to a burglary. Actors, or actors unknown, stole several items from the reporting party’s residence. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

NOVEMBER 23

Deputies were dispatched to PR 5892 near Yantis, at approximately 9:04 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies spoke with the owner of the building and determined it was an accident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2210 near Mineola, at approximately 10:38 a.m., in reference to a dispute. Parties were separated for the day.

Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 11:58 a.m., in reference to criminal mischief of CR 2310 near Mineola. Actors, or actors unknown, have been throwing eggs at the reporting party’s residence. Deputies advised the reporting party that extra patrol would be provided.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Hawkins, at approximately 1:57 p.m., in reference to shots fired. Deputies located the individual with the firearm and determined the firearm was being shot in a safe direction.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 3234 near Quitman, at approximately 2:08 p.m., in reference to shots fired. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any activity.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 3810 near Hawkins, at approximately 2:11 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies spoke with the owner of the building and it was a false alarm.

Deputies were dispatched to PR 7536 near Hawkins, at approximately 3:18 p.m., in reference to theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole a deer feeder from the reporting party’s property.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 2910 near Mineola; at approximately 5:50 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 779 near Alba, at approximately 6:04 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.

Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 6:28 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Parties were separated for the night.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2310 near Mineola, at approximately 7:26 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief. Actors, or actors unknown, have been throwing eggs at the reporting party’s residence. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any individuals.

Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to Broadway St. in Winnsboro; at approximately 8:25 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the individual.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2620 near Mineola, at approximately 8:50 p.m., in reference to shots fired. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any activity.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 4579 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:03 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any suspicious activity.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Quitman, at approximately 11:02 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Stephen Coop, 23, of Austin, was arrested for outstanding warrants and Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled with Intent to Causes Bodily Injury.

At 11:21 p.m., cows were reported out on HWY 80 near Mineola.

NOVEMBER 24

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1681 near Alba, at approximately 12:10 a.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any suspicious activity.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 3277 near Hawkins, at approximately 12:57 a.m., in reference to a noise complaint. Deputies advised the individual to lower the volume of the music and the scene was cleared.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 2966 near Yantis, at approximately 1:40 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.

Deputies were dispatched to PR 5174 near Quitman, at approximately 2:46 a.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to Main St. in Yantis, at approximately 10:04 a.m., in reference to theft. Alanna Ramsey, 24, of Quitman, was arrested for Theft and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Deputies were dispatched to Loyd Stret in Yantis, at approximately 11:11 a.m., in reference to an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Actors, or actors unknown, took the reporting party’s vehicle without authorization. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 3148 near Quitman, at approximately 1:21 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass. Deputies advised the reporting party that this incident was civil matter.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Hawkins, at approximately 1:22 p.m., in reference to a burglary. Actors, or actors unknown, stole several items from the reporting party’s vehicle. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2632 near Mineola, at approximately 2:32 p.m., in reference to an assault. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 3289 near Quitman; at approximately 2:32 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 4865 near Winnsboro, at approximately 2:45 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass. The actor left the scene, prior to the deputies’ arrival.

Deputies responded to a suspicious person on Village Circle near Yantis, at approximately 3:13 p.m. Deputies located the individual and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2790 near Mineola, at approximately 4:39 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any individuals.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1445 near Quitman, at approximately 6:40 p.m., in reference to a noise complaint. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any activity.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on FM 182 near Quitman, at approximately 7:11 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 4865 near Winnsboro, at approximately 7:16 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass. A known actor was on the reporting party’s property without authorization. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1560 near Alba, at approximately 10:47 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies issued Criminal Trespass Warnings and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 514 near Yantis, at approximately 11:07 p.m., in reference to shots fired. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any activity.

NOVEMBER 25

Deputies were dispatched to FM 182 near Alba, at approximately 12:12 a.m., in reference to a noise complaint. Deputies located the activity and everything was OK.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in Yantis, at approximately 1:24 a.m. Jasmyn Williams, 33, of Yantis, was arrested for outstanding warrants.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1562 near Alba, at approximately 12:56 p.m., in reference to an inquest. A male, 69, was found deceased in his residence. The Justice of the Peace was notified and no autopsy was ordered.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 182 near Quitman, at approximately 3:35 p.m., in reference to an assault. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Yantis, at approximately 5:45 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on FM 778 near Hawkins; at approximately 6:01 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 515 near Winnsboro, at approximately 9:07 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1950 near Yantis, at approximately 9:43 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.

Deputies were dispatched to HWY 69 near Mineola, at approximately 10:46 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.

NOVEMBER 26

Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 12:56 a.m., in reference to an assault. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 3599 near Winnsboro, at approximately 7:19 a.m., in reference to a dispute. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and determined it was a civil matter.

Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 10:35 a.m., in reference to a theft that occurred on HWY 37 near Winnsboro. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Hawkins, at approximately 10:42 a.m., in reference to a theft. A known actor stole money from the reporting party’s property.

Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 10:54 a.m., in reference to a scam that occurred on CR 1961 near Yantis. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

At 3:12 p.m., cows were reported out on CR 1460 near Quitman.

Deputies responded to a suspicious person on CR 1681 near Alba, at approximately 6:04 p.m. Tony Williams, 61, of Alba, was arrested for Silent Abusive Calls to 911 Service.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1448 near Quitman, at approximately 7:14 p.m., in reference to an inquest. A female, 71, was found deceased in her residence. The Justice of the Peace was notified and no autopsy was ordered.

NOVEMBER 27

Deputies were dispatched to FM 1801 near Mineola, at approximately 1:29 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.

Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 9:16 a.m., in reference to terroristic threat on CR 3854 near Hawkins. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2168 near Quitman, at approximately 10:22 a.m., in reference to a burglary. This case is active.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 4420 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:40 a.m., in reference to a dispute. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and determined it was a civil matter.

Deputies were dispatched to City Circle in Yantis, at approximately 2:07 p.m., in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Deputies located the owner and everything was OK.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 4494 near Winnsboro, at approximately 3:09 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2310 near Mineola, at approximately 10:29 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.

Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 2840 near Mineola; at approximately 10:50 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the individual.

Between the dates of November 21 and November 27, Wood County Sheriff’s Investigators obtained 3 arrest warrants and arrested the individuals.
