Sept. 18
1:15 p.m. Deputies responded to report of a fraud perpetrated at Waterfront Row near Quitman. The case remains under investigation.
5:57 p.m. A dispute was reported on CR 4540 near Winnsboro. Deputies spoke with the reporting party and offered advice.
9:09 p.m. A noise complaint was received for CR 4740 near Winnsboro. Deputies advised the offending party to lower the music volume.
Sept. 19
1:56 a.m. Amber Barrington, 31, of Big Sandy was arrested at the East Texas Medical Center Quitman emergency room for public intoxication.
6:58 p.m. Rickey Combs, 55, of Alba was arrested for assault causing bodily injury of a family member on CR 1616 near Alba.
8:52 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to FM 852 near Winnsboro for an assault. This case is under investigation.
1:48 p.m. Deputies offered advice to a resident on CR 2445 near Mineola regarding a scam.
1:52 p.m. Deputies responded to the report of a headstone being damaged adjacent to Highway 69 near Mineola. The case remains open.
3:03 p.m. A scam was reported on PR 7108 near Quitman. Deputes offered advice to the reporting party.
5:51 p.m. During a traffic stop on Highway 154 near Quitman deputies arrested John Davis, 46, of Deberry for possession of a controlled substance.
Sept. 20
10:01 a.m. Deputies responded to PR 5813 near Yantis on a complaint of harassment. The reporting party was counselled.
5:25 p.m. Deputies advised a resident of FM 514 near Yantis regarding harassment.
8:53 p.m. Deputies issued a criminal trespass warning to an individual following a dispute on CR 2275 near Mineola.
Sept. 21
12:13 a.m. A case has been opened regarding an assault which was reported on Highway 80 near Hawkins.
2:35 a.m. An assault was also reported on FM 312 near Winnsboro. A case was opened.
3:15 p.m. Deputies responded to Indian Gap near Quitman for a criminal trespass. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
7:30 p.m. Randi Knight, 38, of Hensley, Arkansas, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury to a family member on CR 1406 near Quitman.
Sept. 22
9:52 p.m. Deputies advised a resident on PR 6278 near Mineola regarding handling of a terroristic threat.
Sept. 23
4:12 a.m. Following a request for motorist assist on CR 3250 near Mineola, deputies arrested Richard Rice, 41, of Weatherford, on an outstanding warrant.
9:06 a.m. Deputies responded to the report of illegal dumping on CR 1476 near Como. Deputies advised the reporting party.
11:43 a.m. Deputies warned the offending party regarding an alleged criminal trespass on CR 3270 near Mineola.
3:55 p.m. After a dispute on CR 2117 near Quitman, Arne Oliver, 39, of Quitman, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
5:49 p.m. Deputies spoke with a resident of FM 1254 near Mineola who reported a fraud.
6:58 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2377 near Quitman for criminal trespassing. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and resolved the incident.
6:58 p.m. Residents were separated for the night after deputies intervened in a dispute at CR 2280 near Mineola.
9:16 p.m. An assault case was opened following dispatch of deputies to an incident on CR 2117 near Quitman.
