Funeral services for Neta Mae Gunter 60, Quitm a n , were held March 1, 2014, at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes, Quitman with Rev. Bobby Jones, Rev. Jerry Williams and Rev. E. J. Lee officiating. Burial was held in the Muddy Creek Cemetery. Ms. Gunter passed away February 24, 2014 in Tyler. She was born in Dallas, to Alvertis Gunter and Juanita Stillwell. She was an Accountant for Long Star Gas Company.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Brother, Robert McCoy, sister, Juanita Wood and a nephew Charles Henderson III. Survivors include brothers, Willie Washington, Dallas, Ronnie Washington, Quitman and Bobby Washington, Quitman; sisters, Alberta Henderson, Dallas, Jeanetta Mc- Neal, Quitman, numerous nieces and nephews.
