Correction
In the Feb. 16 edition of the Monitor, it was reported that Douglas Linneberger of Yantis was driving a vehicle that struck a killed pedestrian trying to cross Interstate 20 west of Fort Worth on the night of Feb. 8.
The deceased was fatality struck first by a 2021 Subaru Outback driven by James Fuller, 22, of Valdosta, Ga., then was struck again by a 2021 Peterbilt driven by Linneberger.
