Danny Vince Bohannan 1970-2022

Memorial services for Danny Vince Bohannan, 51, of Alba were held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church with Bro. Byron George officiating.

Mr. Bohannan passed away Friday, May 13, 2022 in Alba. He was born Oct. 24, 1970 in Mineola to Danny Douglas and Janiece Rue Wright Bohannan. Vince spent all his life in the Alba area, where he was a member of Open Door Church. He worked at Bent Creek Cabinets and also as an auto mechanic. Mr. Bohannan was preceded in death by his mother, Janiece Bohannan; grandparents, Grandpa and Grandma Bo; and Memaw, Imogene Powell.

Survivors include his father, Danny Douglas Bohannan of Alba; two sons, Dustin Bohannan and wife Casey of Alba and Jaydyn Bohannan of Emory; three daughters, Ashley Nicole of Alaska, Josie Bohannan of Alba and Jessica Bohannan of Emory; three brothers, Johnny Hollis and wife Alisa of Golden, Jimmy Hollis and wife Becky of Golden and Douglas Bohannan of Alba; two sisters, Jana Warren and husband Keith of Golden and Sherrie Horne and husband Mike of Alba; five grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
