DeLois Jean Minatrea Estoll, 1929-2021

Services for DeLois Jean Minatrea Estoll, 91, of Mineola are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Rose Hill Baptist Church, Mineola, with Bro. Bobby Tucker officiating.

Interment will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Mineola.

Mrs. Estoll passed away April 3, 2021 in Tyler. She was born Sept. 28, 1929 in Grand Saline to Charles Emery and Lottie Dale Beeker Minatrea. DeLois lived most of her life in the Mineola area and was a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church. She married Bruce Windell Estoll in Grand Saline on July 20, 1946. DeLois was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Windell Ray Estoll; brother, Milfred Minatrea; and two sisters, Della Mae Croan and Janelle Ely.

Survivors include her son, Michael Estoll and wife Lynda of Mineola; two daughters, Shirley Munoz and husband Randy of Mineola and Marsha Castleberry of Mineola; two brothers, Charles Minatrea and wife Lynda of Mineola and Billy Minatrea of Quitman; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Come on over to Mineola’s beautiful Historic Select Theater and hear the Lake Country Symphonic Band’s Christmasy “Everything Christmas” concert.

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
