Demetreo DeLeon Gomez, Tyler, assault causes bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor, two days in county jail, $500 fine.

Terrell Taylor, Garland, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member, with previous conviction, third degree felony, eight years in state prison with 368 days credit for time served, $1,470 fine.

Kindra Michelle Cecil, Tyler, driving while intoxicated with child under 15, state jail felony, two years in state jail with five years community supervision, 120 hours community service, $4,000 fine.

Matthew Byron Pfeiffer, Waxahachie, resist search, arrest or transport, Class A misdemeanor, deferred adjudication, one year community supervision with 80 hours community service and $2,000 fine.

Stephanie Renee Boone, Marshall, injury to a child, elderly or disabled individual, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $2,181 restitution.

Kevin Villanueva, Mt. Pleasant, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, eight years in state prison with 586 days credit for time served, $4,000 fine.

Regina Evonne Mobley, Tyler, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with $1,000 fine.

Jacob Andrew Swanson, Gilmer, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle with a deadly weapon, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison with 151 days credit for time served, forfeit weapon, $1,000 fine.

Scott Allen Ward, Mosselle, Miss., possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group (PG) 1/1-B one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, eight years in state prison suspended for five years community supervision, 160 hours community service, with 144 days credit for time served, $3,000 fine.

Donald Roy Moses, Winnsboro, PSC PG1 one or more but less than four grams, third degree felony, six years in state prison suspended for six years community supervision, 160 hours community service and $2,000 fine.

Johnathon David Norton, Mineola, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison suspended for 10 years community supervision, 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine.

Holly Ann Williams, Hawkins, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, two years in state prison suspended for five years community supervision, 120 hours community service, $1,500 fine.

Severiano Antonio Candelario, Mineola, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, July 17, 2024, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service.
