Fair offering assistance for seniors

A senior resource fair is planned in Mineola Tuesday, March 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ministry Center of the First Methodist Church, 612 N. Newsom.

The event is sponsored by Reflections Hospice of Texas, Caraday Healthcare and Autumn Wind of Mineola.

It includes free screenings and information, such as blood pressure, diabetes, long-term care, estate planning, hospice/home health and Veterans Affairs, and the Carter BloodCare mobile unit will be on hand. Door prizes will be awarded.
