Free mobile shot clinic set Friday at Quitman library

Clover Educational Consulting Group is partnering with Texas A&M Health Mobile Care in the endeavor to promote public health in rural communities.

Clover is having two free vaccine clinics to serve Bowie, Wood and surrounding counties. The event is offering flu and Covid-19 vaccines as well as access to any other health information as requested.

Clinics are scheduled as follows:

Jan. 26, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Southwest Center

Fall from vehicle fatal for Bedford woman

A Bedford woman has died as a result of injuries received in an incident in front of the Alba-Golden school on Monday, March 6.

In a separate incident the driver of the vehicle involved was arrested in Tyler later that evening for criminal trespass at the hospital where the woman died.
