Garage sale April 16-17 to benefit Quitman Christmas Sharing Plus

Quitman Christmas Sharing Plus is planning a benefit garage sale Friday and Saturday, April 16-17, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 603 Cliff St. in Quitman.

The sale will include clothing, furniture, arts and crafts, sporting goods, antiques, dishes, home decor and much more.

All proceeds assist local families by providing them with food, clothing and toys.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert
