Damien Leandro Cassio, Pittsburg, possession of a controlled substance PG one less than one gram, state jail felony.

Karen Jan Charlton, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance  PG one, one gram or more but less than four grams, third degree felony.

Nicole Marie Christenberry, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance PG two less than one gram, state jail felony; possession of a controlled substance PG one less than one gram, state jail felony.

Frances Clark, Alba, possession of a controlled substance PG one less than one gram, state jail felony.

Jordan Coyne, Hawkins, forgery (money), third degree felony.

Michael Louis Daniels Jr., Tyler, theft of property $2,500 or more but less than $30,000 from an elderly individual, third degree felony.

Stacy Smith Davlin, Kilgore, theft of firearm from a pubic servant/elderly, third degree felony.
