A former Wood County pastor is among those indicted by the Wood County Grand Jury on Monday, Feb. 24.

Timothy Daniel Nall, 69, was indicted on one count of indecency with child sexual contact, which is a second degree felony, for an incident that occurred on May 18, 2023.

Nall was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 26 and bond was set at $100,000. He was released on Saturday, March 1.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on April 4.

He left the Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church east of Mineola following his initial arrest locally on July 18, 2023.

He was arrested again on Feb. 1, 2025 on a second charge of sexual assault of a child.
