Grand Jury returns indictments
The Wood County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments Nov. 17:
Jeremy Ray Adams of Hawkins, possession of child pornography and possession with intent to promote child pornography.
Ashley Nicole Barton of Mineola, theft of property, more than $2,500 but less than $30,000.
Jeremy Dewayne Boyd of Pickton, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group (PG) 1, more than one gram but less than four grams.
Jarrod Neal Brown of Gilmer, possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, more than one gram but less than four grams.
Cody Ryan Dry of Mineola, injury to a child.
Kaila Ann Harper of Wills Point, injury to a child.
Mariah Emiley Hurst of Gladewater, driving while intoxicated with child passenger.
John Andrew Masters Jr. of Mabank, possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, more than one gram but less than four grams.
James Edward Miller of Lindale, evading arrest or detention with motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated, third or more.
Steve Pruitt of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, less than one gram.
Jenny Rene Segler of Big Sandy, possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, less than one gram.
Jimmy Fitzgerald Wilson of Mineola, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Timothy John Wood of Holly Lake Ranch, possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, less than one gram.
