Guilty pleas heard in 402nd District Court

The following guilty pleas and cases have been handled in 402nd District Court on Sept. 1.

Justin Glenn Thompson, Hineston, La., theft of cattle less than $150,000 (two counts), third degree felony, deferred adjudication, nine years community supervision with 160 hours community service; theft of property $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, state jail felony, dismissed.

Jimmy Darrell Curry, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1), one or more but less than four grams, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service; possession of a controlled substance PG1, less than one gram, state jail felony.

James Michael Dalton, Celeste, possession of a controlled substance PG1, less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service

Dustin Mathew VanHoose, Okmulgee, Okla., theft (two counts), state jail felony, deferred adjudication, nine years community supervision with 160 hours community service.

Justin Lee Williamson, Alba, possession of a controlled substance PG1, less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service.

Candice Renee Boriski, Big Sandy, theft of property $2,500 ore more but less than $30,000 (two counts), state jail felony, two years in state prison suspended for five years community supervision with 120 hours community service.

Robert Cecil Crain, Quitman, aggravated assault against a pubic servant, first degree felony, 10 years in state prison with 544 days credit for time served; indecency with a child exposes, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison concurrent with prior sentence.

Adrian Earl Foster, probation revocation, possession of a controlled substance one or more grams but less than four, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 268 days credit for time served.
