Guilty pleas heard in 402nd District Court

The following guilty pleas were heard in 402nd District Court in Quitman Oct. 27.

Matthew Aric Jones, Lindale, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, eight years in state prison with 441 days credit for time served and $5,000 fine.

Robert Alan Jordan, Lindale, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) less than one gram, state jail felony, four years in state prison with 363 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Eddy Lee Felix Jr., Mineola, terroristic threat interrupt pubic place, Class A misdemeanor, nine months in county jail with 159 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine plus $290 court costs.

Katelin Lorene Cheshire, Mt. Vernon, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, probation revocation, 12 months in state jail with 298 days credit time served.

Heath Ryan Matthews, Mineola, evading arrest or detention with previous conviction, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 242 days credit time served, $1,000 fine, $290 court costs.

Aimee McCraw, Quinlan, prohibited substance in correctional facility, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 178 days credit for time served, $2,500 fine, $290 court costs.

Cynthia Ann Busby, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine, $290 court costs.

Charlotte Mae Robinson, Tyler, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance PG1 one gram or more but less than five, second degree felony, 10 years in state prison probated to 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $5,000 fine, $290 court costs.

Andrew Reid Coffman, Winnsboro, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony, eight years in state prison probated to five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine, $290 court costs.

Thomas Glenn Caviness, Winnsboro, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $290 court costs.
