Guilty pleas heard in 402nd District Court
The following criminal cases were handled in 402nd District Court last week through guilty pleas.
Jason Dean Page, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, two years in state jail suspended for three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.
Nathaniel Charles Wells, Quitman, unauthorized use of a vehicle, probation revoked, nine months in state jail with 163 days credit for time served.
