Legion hosts annual fall gun show

Carl E. Azbell American Legion Post 340 will present its Fall Gun Show Sept. 20-21. 

Outdoor sportsmen, hunters and gun enthusiasts will converge on the Winnsboro City Civic Center at the City Park, 915 Wheeler Dr. Doors open at 9 a.m. both days with closing time at 5 p.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission is $10 for adults, and children 12 and under accompanied by an adult are free. 

Vendors will sell guns, ammo, knives, powder, reloading supplies and much more. There will be ample on site parking and concessions for patrons to enjoy. 

Every year the post produces a gun show in the spring and the fall. Proceeds from these shows go to supporting organizations in the community, local veterans in need, scholarships and tuition for attendees to the American Legion Boys’ State program.
