Letters to the editor
Dear editor:
On Feb. 3, 2025 at 2 p.m. I went next door to take food to my invalid son. Upon arriving I found him dead, lying on his bed.
I proceeded to call 911, but what really reduced me to tears was the overwhelming condolence, compassion, comfort and sympathy shown to me by everyone who came, JP Hon. Janae Holland, investigator Matt and all the rest treated me with such tenderness as though I was their grieving grandmother. The people from Beaty Funeral Home, Lance and all the rest did just the same. Their witness will be recorded in eternity.
I thank God every day that I get to wake up in Mineola, Texas, USA. So this is a very sincere thank you to all those who came to my aid in such a devastating time of need. I am honored to help pay your salary, And thanks for the beautiful sympathy card from the entire staff.
Sincerely,
Kathy Driver
Mineola
