Crowds gathered in downtown Mineola Saturday, May 3 for the annual Fiesta de Mayo.
A classic car show, food trucks, community organizations and vendors filled the downtown area.
Activities included taco and salsa making contests, pinatas and pepper-eating.
Entertainment ranged from the local folkloric dancers to music by Mariachi Real.
