The Mineola Landmark Commission welcomes back its annual holiday Tour of Homes which was suspended for two years due to COVID.

The tour will be Sunday, Dec. 4 from 1 to 5 p.m.

Mineola Landmark Commission bringing back tour of homes

The Mineola Landmark Commission welcomes back its annual holiday Tour of Homes which was suspended for two years due to COVID.

The tour will be Sunday, Dec. 4 from 1 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased ahead of time at City Hall or from any Landmark member.

Tickets may also be purchased the day of the tour at any participating home. Proceeds from the tour will benefit Iron Horse Square and Junior Historian projects.

Four homes will be featured on the tour: the Sims home at 219 N. Newsom built in the 1930s, the Thompson home at 1815 N. Pacific built in the 1950s, the Miller home at 913 N. Johnson built in the 1930s and the Wisdom home at 512 Sycamore built in the 1890s.

Refreshments, including a s’more bar, will be served and door prizes will be awarded.
