12:14 a.m., unsecured area, 600 blk W. Patten, doors open on some buses, everything OK.

9:10 a.m., pubic assist, Greenville, several calls from subject.

9:15 a.m., city ordinance violation, N. Pacific, solicitors with bread in parking lot, advised to obtain a permit.

9:20 a.m., alarm, W. Blair, house secure.

3:12 p.m., minor accident, Cage and N. Pacific, citation issued.

4:31 p.m., suspicious person, Boundary, owner of home not letting subjects leave over unpaid rent, civil matter.

9:00 p.m., public assist, 1200 blk N. Pacific, assisting with flat tire, station’s air pump not working.

February 13

1:14 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at Broad, Smith County looking for vehicle involved in disturbance, unable to locate.

9:00 a.m., animal control, University at Buchanan, dog left outside past two nights, owner taking inside.

11:10 a.m., motorist assist, E. Broad at N. Pacific, vehicle stalled, out of roadway.

1:56 p.m., pubic assist, Lakeside, 90-year-old resident needs help turning on gas fireplace, advised neighbor to assist.

2:11 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville, three EMS calls to location, spoke with facility and everything is fine.

2:34 p.m., E. Broad at N. Pacific, request officer to block traffic to get vehicle out of handicap spot.

2:48 p.m., alarm, W. Broad, building is secure.

4:34 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject asked to be signed out, checked at hospital and put up in motel for the night.

6:07 p.m., terroristic threat, 300 blk Greenville, case originated in Smith County, officers on look out for suspects.

7:47 p.m., public assist, 300 blk E. Broad, possible disabled vehicle, subject has assistance on the way.

10:08 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, calls to pick up subject from Quitman hospital unanswered, subjected transported to Mineola for hotel room for the night.

11:30 p.m., suspicious person, 300 blk E. McDonald, officer with subject walking, everything OK.

February 14

12:40 a.m., public assist, E. Broad, subject unable to get in room and cold, unable to locate, found nearby and returned.

9:22 a.m., assist other agency, E. Broad, EMS transporting subject to hospital.

10:57 a.m., welfare concern, Graves, subject transported by EMS to Tyler willingly.

11:55 a.m., animal control, University, three dogs and goat out in cold, owner contacted.

12:36 p.m., Graham, theft, reporting party stated daughter arrested and someone had gone into her home and taken items, advised daughter would need to press charges.

4:17 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 1300 blk S. Pacific, vehicle in ditch, left prior to arrival.

5:53 p.m., motorist assist, 1800 blk N. Pacific, stranded vehicle, vehicle leaving upon arrival.

6:16 p.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific at E. Broad, stalled vehicle, unable to locate.

6:38 p.m., welfare concern, W. McDonald at Sycamore, someone riding dirt bike, unable to locate.

9:38 p.m., alarm, E. Broad, building secure, no activity.

February 15

5:15 a.m., motorist assist, Inwood at CR 2500, car in ditch, no one in vehicle.

7:13 a.m., motorist assist, S. Pacific at city limits, truck stuck in driveway, someone coming to remove vehicle.

7:17 p.m., information, S. Pacific, car stuck in ditch.

7:33 a.m., motorist assist, 100 blk Meadowbrook, car stuck in roadway, subject has someone coming to pick up.

8:20 a.m., snow day, N. Pacific at Cage, courtesy ride to police station, subject stated he was walking due to car running of road five miles up Hwy. 37, waiting for ride and warming up.

9:11 a.m., public assist, N. Line at Turman, vehicle stuck in roadway, vehicle slid off driveway and not in roadway.

11:17 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk Debby, information exchanged.

1:05 p.m., welfare concern, woman stated house was cold, electricity on, taken to motel, landlord to pay for room.

2:21 p.m., welfare concern, Minwood, four wheeler pulling boat with kids, unable to locate.

2:39 p.m., theft, Wren, propane tank stolen from property, wants officers to watch area.

3:24 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Pacific, car lost control and hit trailers, information exchanged.

5:33 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Greenville, information exchanged.

7:00 p.m., welfare concern, Mineola Nature Preserve, subject lost at preserve, located two subjects, sheriff’s office to transport to residence in Quitman.

February 16

12:03 p.m., suspicious person, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, subject walking in and out of traffic, unable to locate.

1:40 p.m., public assist, Elliot, transport elderly subject to location with heat.

2:24 p.m., welfare concern, N. Johnson, concerned subject has no heat or food, does not appear that anyone is at home.

3:30 p.m., welfare concern, Debby, 911 hangup.

4:23 p.m., alarm, S. Pacific, canceled by alarm company.

February 17

1:34 a.m., dog bite, W. Blair, subjects at hospital, did not report to police station.

10:38 a.m., dog bite, W. Blair, dog from previous call quarantined.

11:28 a.m., welfare concern, 600 blk E. Broad, subject is fine.

11:48 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, officer contacted and subject OK.

2:09 p.m., disturbance, E. Broad, subject being followed by vehicle with driver having assault charge filed in Smith County, verbal only and parties separated.

3:44 p.m., theft, S. Johnson, someone broke into shop.

5:53 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk Mimosa, car with flashers on, unable to locate.

7:10 p.m., public assist, Padgett, subject seeking room for the night.

8:32 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, subject seen walking around property from security camera, unable to locate.

11:02 p.m., unknown offense, Debby, 911 hangup, four calls.

February 18

12:22 a.m., public assist, Bromberg, alarm at apartments due to pipe malfunction, fire system flooding several apartments, water valve shut off.

3:22 a.m., information, Debby, 911 hangups, 19 calls within 10 minutes.

3:36 a.m., public assist, 900 blk University, vehicle slid partially into ditch, partially in roadway, unable to free, will return to have vehicle towed.

7:34 a.m., public assist, Molly, requested ride to church.

9:53 a.m., assist other agency, Spring Lake, large cut on shin, transported to hospital.

11:42 a.m., 200 blk Greenville, car stuck in snow, unstuck.

12:57 p.m., 100 blk Maxine, vehicle stuck and sliding, unstuck.

1:08 p.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Blair, vehicle parking in front of house for several weeks, contacted owner to make arrangements to move.

1:36 p.m., theft, W. Front, drone stolen from vehicle overnight, foot prints observed in snow.

1:38 p.m., motorist assist, W. Broad, highway department plowing snow and vehicle in roadway, unable to locate.

 1:55 p.m., reckless driver, 200 blk N. Pacific, driving too fast, splashed snow on subject’s vehicle, unable to locate.

2:16 p.m., unknown offense, Debby, 911 hangup.

2:22 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk E. Broad, two pickups driving fast causing others to move and slip, unable to locate.

3:28 p.m., motorist assist, E. Broad, truck in roadway on wrong side, transferred to county, out of city limits.

4:35 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, have not heard from subject in two days, officer checked and OK.

5:00 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, subject sitting for some time, unable to locate.

7:02 p.m., suspicious persons, McWhorter, subjects at house under construction, officer checked and was employee.

7:31 p.m., assist other agency, Meadowbrook, smelling and seeing smoke, no active fire found.

9:11 p.m., reckless driver, W. Broad at city limits, vehicle driving 100 miles per hour from Van Zandt County, unable to locate.

February 19

1:04 a.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Broad, officer pulled vehicle over due to road conditions.

1:11 a.m., information, Debby, 911 hangup, advised no one had called 911.

1:12 a.m., information, Greenville, 911 hangup, advised no one had called 911.

1:21 a.m., information, Debby, 911 hangup, four calls.

12:27 p.m., unknown offense, Debby, 911 calls, Gregg County advised receiving 30 911 calls, Suddenlink contacted to check phone systems.

12:34 p.m., burglary, Francis, reported something stolen from vehicle overnight, nothing stolen and vehicle not broken into.

3:34 p.m., public assist, 1200 blk S. Pacific.

5:27 p.m., found property, 100 blk NE Loop 564, found wallet, returned to owner.

5:31 p.m., theft, Debby, theft of service, subject not on site, will be handled civilly.

5:58 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, subjects selling bread and milk from vehicle, unable to locate.

6:47 p.m., criminal mischief, Baker, broken vehicle window.

8:26 p.m., public assist, Greenville, smell of natural gas, unable to locate.

8:52 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, N. Newsom, vehicle blaring music, refusing to leave, subjects left property.
