12:54 a.m., unsecured area, S. Pacific, open camper door.
2:38 a.m., unsecured area, Broad, building is clear and under construction.
3:26 a.m., disturbance, Cage, subject requests to file criminal trespass complaint but asked officer to leave.
4:45 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, ex-husband’s wife sending threatening message, subject did not produce messages and left abruptly.
2:35 p.m., found property, E. Broad, diaper bag.
2:49 p.m., information, Wigley, subject stated he moved from location but package was reported delivered there and did not receive.
4:25 p.m., harassment, S. Johnson, directive patrol requested.
5:28 p.m., information, Mimosa, verbal abuse reported, employee sent home pending review.
5:45 p.m., public assist, Cage, request fire department to inspect building.
5:59 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, child playing by drain, unable to locate.
6:14 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Loop 564 at FM 1254, one vehicle, no injuries.
7:06 p.m., reckless driver, 600 blk W. Broad, possible intoxicated driver, driving at high speed and swerving, unable to locate.
8:05 p.m., disturbance, Cage, subject repairing roof asked to leave.
9:03 p.m., unsecured area, S. Pacific, RV with open door, storage compartment, appears secure.
9:10 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject wants to speak to officer about bigamy.
9:37 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject wants to know if items are stolen.

12:20 a.m., reckless driver, 100 blk N. Pacific, weaving in and out of oncoming traffic, unable to locate.
12:58 a.m., disturbance, E. McDonald at Graham, loud music, unable to locate.
1:01 a.m., disturbance, Krause, loud music, turned down music.
2:03 a.m., disturbance, Wigley, loud music, music turned off.
2:14 a.m., debris in roadway, Wigley at Good, has been removed.
2:26 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Front at Wren.
3:23 a.m., assist other agency, 100 blk NE Loop 564, vehicle left, driver appeared to be under the influence, unable to locate.
9:06 a.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville, father refusing to return children, referred to civil court.
11:19 a.m., assist other agency, 300 blk Greenville, child requiring EMS, subject left scene and then returned, acting strangely, child released to mother, arrested Christopher Allen Winkle on Franklin County warrant.
1:58 p.m., unknown offense, Cage, reporting party sought caution tape, has a flat tire, asked officer to leave upon arrival.
2:03 p.m., found property, E. Broad, unable to locate.
3:08 p.m., burglary, W. Broad.
3:26 p.m., suspicious person, S. Pacific at Loop 564, wanted subject coming into town, unable to locate.
4:14 p.m., disturbance, Turman, civil matter, no criminal offense.
4:34 p.m., city ordinance violation, E. Broad, loud music and large group of people, party called back and advised crowd thinned out.
6:16 p.m., warrant service, W. Broad, Chandler Eric Powell arrested.
6:32 p.m., public assist, Brenda Lane, contacted subject about custody issue, civil matter.
6:39 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. McDonald, motorcycle, subject arrested.
7:01 p.m., criminal mischief, W. Kilpatrick, someone drove through yard, subject arrested.
7:07 p.m., city ordinance violation, Landers, subjects burning large fire, fire department contacted and advised violator to put out fire.
March 29
7:35 a.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, male subject walking around area, escorted to Grand Saline.
11:53 a.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, subject refusing to leave, left prior to officer arrival.
2:36 p.m., assist other agency, Rainbow, hit and run from Quitman, driver information to be sent to QPD.
2:44 p.m., inquest, N. Newsom, justice of the peace contacted.
2:50 p.m., alarm, Pacific, unlocked door found, building cleared.
3:10 p.m., fraud, 100 blk NE Loop 564, unauthorized credit card charges.
3:57 p.m., information, 2500 blk W. Hwy. 80, stolen merchandise recovered.
4:43 p.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, unable to reach subject, officer located and everything fine.
6:03 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, 18 wheeler unable to maintain single lane, reported to sheriff’s office.
10:30 p.m., disturbance, Graham, male and female fighting, verbal only.
March 30
3:59 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk S. Line, vehicle improperly parked with front end damage, checked and vehicle not stolen.
4:11 a.m., unsecured area, W. Broad, vehicle doors open, appears to be car used for parts.
6:22 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, everything OK.
6:52 a.m., welfare concern, Stone, call from military crisis line, EMS contacted, subject taken to Quitman hospital.
10:53 a.m., assist other agency, N. Johnson, assist Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
1:19 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Freeman, car in grass area with license plate removed and damaged.
3:08 p.m., theft, Belcher, someone working on mower for a year and will not return, officer spoke to subject and will return mower.
3:37 p.m., suspicious person, Country Club, person driving by location where barn is being torn down, advised a criminal trespass can be issued.
6:11 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Blair, older vehicle driving around.
8:08 p.m., disturbance, Giraud, two subjects, verbal only, juvenile leaving for the night.
9:48 p.m., driving while intoxicated, W. Broad at Loop 564, intoxicated subject reported driving, arrested Zachary Aspen Bonnie.
11:20 p.m., assist other agency, W. Patten, EMS requested police and fire, subject transported to Quitman hospital.
March 31
1:54 a.m., suspicious person, Park Place, someone rang door bell, no one found walking in area and no signs of criminal activity.
9:37 a.m., civil matter, N. Newsom, subject referred to justice of the peace.
3:25 p.m., disturbance, Graham.
5:13 p.m., trespassing, E. Broad, subject refusing to leave, left on foot after speaking to officer.
7:09 p.m., information, W. Buchanan, vehicle repossession.
9:24 p.m., information, S. Pacific, unknown male suspect asked party for illegal drugs, unable to locate.
April 1
12:46 a.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, unoccupied, building OK.
1:07 a.m., unsecured area, E. Broad, everything OK.
1:10 a.m., information, Autumn Wind, unable to reach subject by phone, everything OK.
1:29 a.m., E. Broad, new owner information.
4:22 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, set off by delivery driver.
7:07 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, two unresponsive males in vehicle, arrested Jacob Everett Talley of Austin and Dustin Lee McDaniel of Cleburne.
9:07 a.m., public assist, W. Kilpatrick, people at residence honking horn at all hours, officer does not believe person honking lives at residence.
4:09 p.m., information, N. Pacific at Greenville, officer needed while water department works at location.
4:55 p.m., reckless driver, W. Broad at city limits, unable to maintain single lane, unable to locate.
6:53 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, subject stated suspect took items from store and will be returned.
6:57 p.m., public assist, 200 blk McWhorter, truck attempting to turn hit power lines, SWEPCO contacted.
9:54 p.m., alarm, NW Loop 564, everything secure, someone en route to reset.
April 2
2:43 a.m., unsecured area, N. Johnson, open door, building cleared and secure.
10:16 a.m., welfare concern, Pat, unable to contact subjects, everything OK.
12:05 p.m., welfare concern, Springlake, men at location refusing to leave, spoke with officer and everything OK.
1:38 p.m., civil matter, N. Newsom, welfare check on custody matter.
4:33 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, vehicle driving at high speed and running other vehicles off road, unable to locate.
5:39 p.m., alarm, Baker, everything OK.
9:47 p.m., reckless driver, 1400 blk S. Pacific, vehicle pulled out in front of party, unable to locate.
The department also made 45 traffic stops and 18 animal control calls.
