12:16 a.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, Douglas Allen Black arrested for driving while intoxicated.
2:21 a.m., assist other agency, 100 blk Winnsboro-Quitman, sheriff’s office requested assistance with assault that happened in Mineola.
11:45 a.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, drinking while driving, unable to locate.
12:24 p.m., city ordinance violation, E. Broad, male and female with child holding up sign asking for money, unable to locate.
2:41 p.m., assist other agency, Sue, juvenile transported by EMS.
3:16 p.m., civil matter, E. Broad, referred to justice of peace about property dispute.
7:09 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, large bus and no one around, advised will be moved soon.

1:04 a.m., drug offense, Edwards at University, possible drug dealing reported, talked to subject and patrolled area.
2:47 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk S. Pacific, one vehicle and power pole with lines down.
3:17 a.m., welfare concern, E. Commerce at N. Johnson, subject sleeping and unable to wake up, intoxicated, subject’s wife en route to get him.
9:33 a.m., welfare concern, Sue, unable to contact father, phone was on vibrate.
10:22 a.m., public assist, 1000 blk S. Pacific, low hanging lines, power company still working on prior issue.
11:17 a.m., city ordinance violation, Second at Bowdoin, burning in front yard, spoke to resident who will be putting fire out.
12:38 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject walked in and wanted to speak to officer.
2:40 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, vehicle left scene, left property on side of roadway.
3:18 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, subject pulled over looking at property.

September 19
4:34 a.m., suspicious person, 1000 blk S. Pacific, man behind business, subject transported to hospital with chest pain.
10:43 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, no contact with subject for a week, found deceased.
10:55 a.m., welfare concern, W. Broad at Loop 564, elderly female in passenger seat of vehicle, no driver, vehicle ran out of gas, removed from roadway.
12:25 p.m., information, W. Broad, someone using water, directed patrol issued.
2:01 p.m., suspicious person, S. Johnson, subject walking around acting suspicious, subject given five minutes to remove items from gazebo and two hours to remove property from location on S. Pacific.
2:39 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Pacific, loud music, officer advised music cannot be heard from roadway.
4:18 p.m., criminal mischief, W. Broad, someone turning on water and leaving it running, directed patrol issued.
6:20 p.m., trespassing, Debby, male subject yelling about moving property, criminal trespass issued.
6:48 p.m., trespassing, W. Broad, male subject saying inappropriate things to customers, criminal trespass requested.
7:06 p.m., public assist, 200 blk W. Broad, debris in roadway, removed.
7:10 p.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, subject warned about soliciting on property.
7:57 p.m., public assist, Meredith, question about subject not being on sex offender registry.

10:27 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk N. Pacific, subject taken to Quitman hospital by EMS, TxDOT contacted about sign damage.
1:14 p.m., information, W. Broad, video of subject using water, party does not want to press charges.

3:16 p.m., reckless driver, 900 blk University, pickup with trailer speeding, unable locate.

3:25 a.m., assist other agency, 1800 blk Hwy. 69 South, caller advised had struck horse, seriously injured.
8:38 a.m., Autumn Wind, someone knocking on door, directed patrol issued.
9:25 a.m., harassment, Meredith, subject yelling and calling victim names.
2:44 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, two vehicles.
5:25 p.m., alarm, Pacific, accidental.
