9:47 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, in parking lot, no injuries, two vehicles.

10:56 p.m., assist other agency, Wren, sheriff’s office serving warrant.

September 16

12:46 a.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, subject on bicycle with flat given ride.

4:12 a.m., assist other agency, Park Place, female fall victim unresponsive, assist EMS.

7:07 a.m., welfare concern, E. McDonald, open 911 line, no contact.

8:18 a.m., information, Park Place, home watch requested.

8:31 a.m., escort, N. Johnson, funeral.

10:32 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, request information on identity theft.

1:46 p.m., assist other agency, Kevin, medical call.

3:48 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville, subject returned to nursing home by family member.

7:13 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2221 at CR 2220, male and female on foot arguing, unable to locate.

12:02 a.m., welfare concern, Brenda, request from Rains County, juvenile located and wants to be at father’s residence.

12:16 a.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, Douglas Allen Black arrested for driving while intoxicated.

2:21 a.m., assist other agency, 100 blk Winnsboro-Quitman, sheriff’s office requested assistance with assault that happened in Mineola.

11:45 a.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, drinking while driving, unable to locate.

12:24 p.m., city ordinance violation, E. Broad, male and female with child holding up sign asking for money, unable to locate.

2:41 p.m., assist other agency, Sue, juvenile transported by EMS.

3:16 p.m., civil matter, E. Broad, referred to justice of peace about property dispute.

7:09 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, large bus and no one around, advised will be moved soon.

7:13 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, man sitting on ground, fell asleep.

8:01 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 80 east, pursuit from Smith County, subjects bailed out on county road.

8:33 p.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, subject came into police station to advise bicycle had been stolen.

9:06 p.m., assist other agency, E. Broad at Loop 564, follow up to search for three subjects. 

September 18

1:04 a.m., drug offense, Edwards at University, possible drug dealing reported, talked to subject and patrolled area.

2:47 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk S. Pacific, one vehicle and power pole with lines down.

3:17 a.m., welfare concern, E. Commerce at N. Johnson, subject sleeping and unable to wake up, intoxicated, subject’s wife en route to get him.

9:33 a.m., welfare concern, Sue, unable to contact father, phone was on vibrate.

10:22 a.m., public assist, 1000 blk S. Pacific, low hanging lines, power company still working on prior issue.

11:17 a.m., city ordinance violation, Second at Bowdoin, burning in front yard, spoke to resident who will be putting fire out.

12:38 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject walked in and wanted to speak to officer.

2:40 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, vehicle left scene, left property on side of roadway.

3:18 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, subject pulled over looking at property.

3:59 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific at Loop 564, vehicle stalled in roadway, wrecker service contacted.

4:34 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, parties separated.

5:05 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, weaving and speeding, no violations observed.

5:46 p.m., city ordinance violation, Lowe, loud music, asked to turn down.

6:09 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, medical issue, transported by EMS.

6:40 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk. N. Pacific, motor home broken down.

7:30 p.m., subject stopped, E. Commerce at S. Pacific, subject on scooter.

8:03 p.m., trespassing, 300 blk Greenville, criminal trespass requested.

9:14 p.m., city ordinance violation, Lowe, advised subject to turn music down.

9:40 p.m., information, Sycamore at Edwards, officer walking area in reference to prior call.

10:39 p.m., disturbance, Edward at University, male and female yelling, no disturbance found at location.

11:29 p.m., city ordinance violation, Lowe, loud music, music has been turned down. 

September 19

4:34 a.m., suspicious person, 1000 blk S. Pacific, man behind business, subject transported to hospital with chest pain.

10:43 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, no contact with subject for a week, found deceased.

10:55 a.m., welfare concern, W. Broad at Loop 564, elderly female in passenger seat of vehicle, no driver, vehicle ran out of gas, removed from roadway.

12:25 p.m., information, W. Broad, someone using water, directed patrol issued.

2:01 p.m., suspicious person, S. Johnson, subject walking around acting suspicious, subject given five minutes to remove items from gazebo and two hours to remove property from location on S. Pacific.

2:39 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Pacific, loud music, officer advised music cannot be heard from roadway.

4:18 p.m., criminal mischief, W. Broad, someone turning on water and leaving it running, directed patrol issued.

6:20 p.m., trespassing, Debby, male subject yelling about moving property, criminal trespass issued.

6:48 p.m., trespassing, W. Broad, male subject saying inappropriate things to customers, criminal trespass requested.

7:06 p.m., public assist, 200 blk W. Broad, debris in roadway, removed.

7:10 p.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, subject warned about soliciting on property.

7:57 p.m., public assist, Meredith, question about subject not being on sex offender registry.

11:54 p.m., assist other agency, N. of city limits, assist sheriff’s office.

11:56 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, heard someone beating on door, possibly opening gate, officer observed no signs of damage or theft. 

September 20

1:59 a.m., suspicious person, E. Broad at Loop 564, someone laying in road, unable to locate.

8:25 a.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Front at S. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries.

9:04 a.m., found property, W. Broad, left behind building, advised could be thrown away.

9:10 a.m., public assist, N. Pacific, keys locked in vehicle, vehicle unlocked.

10:27 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk N. Pacific, subject taken to Quitman hospital by EMS, TxDOT contacted about sign damage.

1:14 p.m., information, W. Broad, video of subject using water, party does not want to press charges.

2:53 p.m., found property, 1800 blk N. Pacific, two credit cards.

3:16 p.m., reckless driver, 900 blk University, pickup with trailer speeding, unable locate.

4:22 p.m., missing person, Wigley, child missing, found nearby.

6:23 p.m., assist other agency, E. McDonald at Loop 564, assist sheriff’s office.

6:57 p.m., trespassing, E. Broad, subject who was criminally trespassed walked across property, arrested Charles Rosser.

7:17 p.m., assist other agency, Church, structure fire.

7:57 p.m., assist other agency, Krause, EMS transported subject.

10:00 p.m., assist other agency, W. Hwy. 80, disturbance. 

September 21

1:36 a.m., public assist, 800 blk W. Broad, remove debris from roadway.

3:25 a.m., assist other agency, 1800 blk Hwy. 69 South, caller advised had struck horse, seriously injured.

8:38 a.m., Autumn Wind, someone knocking on door, directed patrol issued.

9:25 a.m., harassment, Meredith, subject yelling and calling victim names.

2:44 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, two vehicles.

5:25 p.m., alarm, Pacific, accidental.

5:57 p.m., assist other agency, Minwood, EMS and fire.

6:28 p.m., found property, W. Broad, debit card, unable to contact owner.

8:42 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, three males and two females riding electric carts, bumping into each other, knocking items off shelves, parties separated.

9:05 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, text received, advised to contact sender that it is wrong number and then block.

9:31 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, subject threatening harm, likely intoxicated, family member took home.

September 22

8:05 a.m., alarm, N. Newsom, canceled by alarm company.

9:07 a.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific at E. Blair, piece of bumper in roadway, roadway cleared.

9:10 a.m., information, Gerald, party left before speaking to officer.

10:51 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, hit and run.

11:14 a.m., information, Krause, vehicle repossession.

12:11 p.m., information, Graham, vehicle repossession.

4:57 p.m., city ordinance violation, 1100 Kings Lane, loud music, workers turned down music.

5:44 p.m., unknown offense, 100 blk W. Front, homeless person at pavilion, person has plans to move.

1:27 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, contact made, employee of business.

9:50 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, owner contacted.

1:49 p.m., information, E. Kilpatrick, follow up from prior call.

2:35 p.m., disturbance, 300 blk Greenville, two brothers fighting in vehicle, one had warrant, arrested Bryan Lunsford of Royse City on Henderson County theft warrant.

3:48 p.m., suspicious vehicles, 900 blk Baker, vehicles moving from location.

4:49 p.m., missing person, N. Newsom, daughter missing, found at father’s residence.

6:37 p.m., found property, 300 blk Greenville, tablet found at business on N. Pacific.

6:50 p.m., found property, 700 blk Greenville, wallet, attempted to contact owner.

9:47 p.m., unknown offense, Debby, conflicting information on whether occupant’s room was paid up.

9:52 p.m., assist other agency, FM 49, disturbance, parties separated.

10:55 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, no offense occurred.

11:54 p.m., unknown offense, University, someone shining light into home, unable to locate.
