12:01 a.m., welfare concern, Goodson Cir., party observed female being pulled into residence, made contact and subject OK.

12:19 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, advised subjects not to panhandle.

2:27 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, two males camping, not supposed to be there, told to leave property.

4:25 p.m., theft, Meredith, subject saw suspect take phone, not found at residence.

8:14 p.m., theft, University, stolen bicycle, subject did not want to file charges.

9:18 p.m., public assist, E. Broad, employees requested officer to be present.

10:08 p.m., information, CR 2724, subject hunting at Nature Preserve.

10:39 p.m., assist other agency,  100 blk CR 2600, possible structure fire, advised is a camp fire.

December 18

1:31 a.m., traffic stop/arrest, 1000 blk S. Pacific, Marcus Burk Thrash arrested for driving while intoxicated.

5:11 a.m., alarm, E. Broad, made contact with employee.

10:29 a.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, passing on shoulder, possible road rage, unable to locate.

12:22 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, subject contacted, said was not thinking of self harm.

1:48 p.m., assist other agency, Kevin, assist Rains County locating vehicle, not at location.

2:06 p.m., subject stopped, E. Broad at N. Pacific, warning issued, subject left area.

5:36 p.m., disturbance, Goodson Cir., subject throwing bicycle tires, criminal trespass warning issued.

5:58 p.m., disorderly conduct, Nuss, report of house being egged, did not locate caller.

7:06 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, man left store with TV, approached, left TV behind and jumped in vehicle.

8:11 p.m., theft, Goodson Cir., subject came into residence and item missing.

11:51 p.m., assist other agency, EMS call.

December 19

8:18 a.m., assist other agency, 3300 blk N. Hwy. 37, piece of pipe in roadway, removed.

12:09 p.m., sexual assault, 300 Greenville, subject wanted to turn in phone, advised to contact Van Zandt County where incident occurred.

1:46 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, message delivered concerning family emergency to subject having trouble with phone.

1:48 p.m., fraud, Minwood, charges to account that subject did not make, identified suspect who made purchases.

4:05 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564, medical call.

4:32 p.m., reckless driver, W. Board at NW Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, no offense observed.

4:37 p.m., suspicious person, NW Loop 564, subject left without paying for service, criminally trespassed and bill paid.

5:48 p.m., welfare concern, Second, party able to reach subject who will seek treatment.

5:49 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at E. Broad, vehicle sitting at light, not moving, unable to locate.

December 20

1:04 a.m., assist other agency, E. McDonald, toddler with difficulty breathing.

1:55 a.m., criminal mischief, NE Loop 564, vehicle struck pole in parking lot, unable to locate.

4:01 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, unlocked vehicle for subject.

4:37 p.m., sexual assault, N. Pacific.

5:15 p.m., alarm, W. Broad, canceled.

5:28 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 200 Greenville, two vehicles.

6:39 p.m., welfare concern, W. Kilpatrick, 911 call requesting EMS, verbal argument over dog and cat.

7:56 p.m., welfare concern, Goodson Cir., advised mother-daughter argument.

December 21

12:02 a.m., disturbance, Krause, son and step-dad fighting after marijuana found in residence, James Lopez Calixto arrested for Van Zandt County warrant, assault causes bodily injury of household/family member with previous conviction, possession of dangerous drugs.

1:36 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, sheriff’s office reported stolen vehicle from Lake Hawkins.

8:24 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject turned self in, no warrant located.

8:52 a.m., theft, Wren, vehicle break in.

8:54 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, dog bite victim, information forwarded to sheriff’s office.

9:35 a.m., disturbance, Gerald, son upset, breaking things, hitting sister, juvenile probation contacted.

1:43 p.m., city ordinance violation, NE Loop 564, panhandlers, asked to leave, advised of city ordinance.

2:07 p.m., trespassing, N. Pacific, criminal trespass warning requested.

2:23 p.m., criminal mischief, Country Club Dr., graffiti on wooden bridge and drainage ditch.

2:49 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at Loop 564, vehicle cutting off other drivers, vehicle found, no violations observed.

4:53 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at Loop 564, vehicle fire.

5:40 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, canceled.

6:27 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject seeking information about sister trying to use her information to obtain loan.

6:38 p.m., reckless driver, E. Hwy. 80 at CR 2745, vehicle westbound in eastbound lane, unable to locate.

7:06 p.m., burglary, Meredith, three vehicles broken into, $15 in change missing from unlocked vehicle.

December 22

4:05 a.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, subject walking around parking lot, came into bathroom and left, acting strangely. Justin Kyle Fitzgerald arrested.

6:38 a.m., motor vehicle accident, Debby, pickup hit back of trailer, went off into the woods, driver not getting out, fence damaged.

8:49 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, unconscious male, transported to Tyler.

10:00 a.m., information, N. Newsom, wanted police to be aware of subject trying to locate wife.

12:49 p.m., found property, W. Broad at Stone, wallet, returned to owner.

1:31 p.m., theft, E. Broad, subject stole beer from store, has subject on camera.

2:10 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Broad, vehicle in parking lot all day, left prior to officer arrival.

5:47 p.m., information, Wren, additional item stolen from prior report.

6:39 p.m., unknown offense, Francis, spray painted graffiti.

6:58 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, several calls of power outages, attempted to locate shelter, advised one would be set up at New Hope Baptist Church.

7:20 p.m., unknown offense, Patten at University, transformer arcing.

7:23 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific.

7:50 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, doors locked and secure.

10:21 p.m., alarm, Brendlind, electrical company equipment.

December 23

2:06 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, electrical/mechanical issue, unable to shut off, everything seems OK.

2:48 a.m., alarm, E. Broad, building locked and secure.

3:59 a.m., assist other agency, Lakeside Place, subject with difficulty breathing.

8:25 a.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific, driving in opposite lane, no officer in area, sheriff’s office contacted.

12:59 p.m., public assist, Inwood, water pipe burst in ceiling, water department responded.

1:09 p.m., criminal mischief, Country Club Dr., mailbox and post spray painted.

1:15 p.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, employee.

3:04 p.m., disturbance, Hart, subject attempting to leave, heard yelling, will be staying with aunt for the night.

5:38 p.m., assist other agency, W. Loop 564, subject upset, cursing staff, left but continued to come back and drive by and stop, subject left facility.

6:12 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, multiple 911 calls for two cars racing in parking lot, another caller claimed her vehicle was hit and following suspect, which was shooting at them, advised to stop chasing.

11:12 p.m., information, CR 2700, subject concerned about dog acting strangely, advised to contact sheriff’s office if she wants property searched.

11:49 p.m., information, Cage, subject had Alba police follow her home due to suspicious person following her since Monday, advised to request directed patrol for Mineola residence.

Officers also made 52 traffic stops and 20 animal control calls.
