December 23

2:06 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, electrical/mechanical issue, unable to shut off, everything seems OK.

2:48 a.m., alarm, E. Broad, building locked and secure.

3:59 a.m., assist other agency, Lakeside Place, subject with difficulty breathing.

8:25 a.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific, driving in opposite lane, no officer in area, sheriff’s office contacted.

12:59 p.m., public assist, Inwood, water pipe burst in ceiling, water department responded.

1:09 p.m., criminal mischief, Country Club Dr., mailbox and post spray painted.

1:15 p.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, employee.

3:04 p.m., disturbance, Hart, subject attempting to leave, heard yelling, will be staying with aunt for the night.

5:38 p.m., assist other agency, W. Loop 564, subject upset, cursing staff, left but continued to come back and drive by and stop, subject left facility.

6:12 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, multiple 911 calls for two cars racing in parking lot, another caller claimed her vehicle was hit and following suspect, which was shooting at them, advised to stop chasing.

11:12 p.m., information, CR 2700, subject concerned about dog acting strangely, advised to contact sheriff’s office if she wants property searched.

11:49 p.m., information, Cage, subject had Alba police follow her home due to suspicious person following her since Monday, advised to request directed patrol for Mineola residence.

Officers also made 52 traffic stops and 20 animal control calls. (Dec. 17-23)

December 24

12:19 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, laundry stolen.

12:42 a.m., public assist, N. Johnson, subject’s cell phone died and trying to locate family member following them.

5:52 a.m., public assist, NE Loop 564, lost key fob.

8:10 a.m., motorist assist, 1300 blk S. Pacific, truck broken down, blocking part of roadway, wrecker called.

2:25 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk E. Broad, no injuries.

2:48 p.m., motorist assist, 200 blk W. Front, vehicle won’t start, back on the road.

5:45 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, taking Christmas presents to residence.

5:57 p.m., assist other agency, 1200 blk Bromberg, fire alarm, clear.

December 25

1:07 a.m., alarm, McDaniels, everything appears secure, directed patrol requested.

1:31 a.m., city ordinance violation, Wood, loud music, unable to locate.

4:40 a.m., assist other agency, N. Newsom, landing zone requested, canceled due to ice.

6:09 p.m., motorist assist, E. Broad at Mimosa, ran out of gas.

6:43 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, male approached subject about buying knife for $5 to buy gas.

7:06 p.m., welfare concern, N. Johnson, 911 hang up, no one at residence.

9:19 p.m., suspicious person, Goodson Cir., one subject went into back yard and another knocked on front door, left in vehicle, unable to locate.

10:21 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Goodson Cir., vehicle back at same residence, Justin Lee Britton arrested for Wood County warrant.

December 26

10:04 a.m., burglary, Epperson, vehicle break in from Dec. 20 or 21, purse taken, later returned.

10:40 a.m., burglary, Epperson, residence.

11:38 a.m., assault, Porter, Ralph Lynn Nichols Jr. arrested for assault against elderly or disabled individual-family violence.

1:22 p.m., information, S. Pacific at Loop 564, possible warrant.

3:39 p.m., trespassing, Molly, family members not wanted on property, criminal trespass warnings issued.

5:23 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Broad, unauthorized burning, fire put out.

8:16 p.m., city ordinance violation, Lowe, unauthorized burning, fire department called out.

9:33 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, male and female took battery and dog food without paying, Melanie Doreen Wilson arrested for parole violation, theft of property, Brian Freedom Davis arrested for theft.

December 27

12:36 a.m., assist other agency, CR 2503, assist Wood County.

1:26 a.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, male and female arguing in parking lot.

2:25 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, call for reckless driver on Hwy. 69 southbound, party acknowledged false report on common law husband.

9:55 a.m., assist other agency, 700 blk Greenville, wanted subject possibly seen in Alba heading toward Mineola, vehicle stopped, subject is not escaped prisoner.

12:58 p.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville, child custody issue.

2:28 p.m., theft, Goodson Cir., phone and wallet taken.

4:48 p.m., disturbance, Wren, male and female arguing.

8:46 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2503, vehicle fire.

9:01 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Park Central, customer.

9:16 p.m., disturbance, W. Kilpatrick, verbal.

December 28

8:20 a.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific at Loop 564, disabled vehicle, out of roadway.

10:17 a.m., theft, Goodson Cir., phone and debit cards.

12:00 p.m., reckless driver, 700 blk Greenville, high speed, unable to locate.

12:24 p.m., assist other agency, Second, subject transported by EMS.

12:40 p.m., information, E. Broad, civil matter concerning child exchange.

2:35 p.m., trespassing, NE Loop 564, subjects asking people to pay for their groceries at the register, then returning items for cash, requested to be criminally trespassed from store, gone upon officer arrival.

3:05 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, left store without paying for items, unable to locate.

5:58 p.m., assist other agency, Kevin, assist county looking for suspect in shooting.

7:03 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

7:05 p.m., assist other agency, N. Newsom, landing zone.

7:34 p.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, gunshots, unable to locate.

7:57 p.m., found property, N. Pacific, diaper bag.

8:52 p.m., assist other agency, E. Broad, death notification.

December 29

11:35 a.m., disorderly conduct, W. Broad, female threw soda in store, left on bicycle, unable to locate.

11:51 a.m., disturbance, 1800 blk S. Pacific, party observed female hit male and lots of yelling, underage female, all family members aware of situation and do not wish to file charges.

2:05 p.m., W. Kilpatrick, city ordinance violation, loud music, music turned down.

3:51 p.m., found property, E. Broad, marijuana in package.

4:59 p.m., alarm, N .Pacific, everything secure.

5:57 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, male yelling and screaming, walked away from area.

9:31 p.m., alarm, W. Broad, individual observed on live feed not authorized to be on site, has warrant from Bryan, police there will not pick up, criminal trespass warning issued, taken to Grand Saline concerning criminal mischief.

December 30

12:38 a.m., suspicious person, 300 blk Greenville, citation issued.

1:57 a.m., suspicious vehicle, McWhorter, vehicle driving up and down street, unable to locate.

8:58 a.m., reckless driver, 1100 blk N. Pacific, following too closely, no offense observed.

9:00 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building secure.

11:35 a.m., city ordinance violation, N. Pacific, car parked in fire lane, warning issued.

6:55 p.m., public assist, 400 blk Landers, keys locked in vehicle, vehicle unlocked.

7:08 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, caller reported woman in store with child who is not hers.

8:08 p.m., unknown offense, 600 blk E. Broad, male on side of road, given ride to Hawkins.

8:15 p.m., public assist, 200 blk E. Broad, party reported wallet and phone stolen, report taken and given courtesy transport.

9:33 p.m., welfare concern, 100 blk Debby, person seems confused.

9:35 p.m., disturbance, Sycamore, fireworks, unable to locate.
