3:04 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, train with mechanical issues blocking crossing, no estimated time, advised train running at 3:45.

7:45 a.m., welfare concern, N. Johnson, subject needing EMS.

8:55 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, playground mulch appears to be on fire, fire department advised, fire put out.

10:15 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, subject refused EMS.

11:53 a.m., welfare concern, 911 hang up at train depot, everything OK.

2:50 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, 911 hang up, accidental.

3:47 p.m., fraud, 300 Greenville, subject speaking to officer.

4:21 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject wants to talk to officer about neighbor accusing her of stealing, advised is civil matter.

9:24 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Pacific, loud music, agreed to turn down music.

10:18 p.m., city ordinance violation, Kevin, loud music, agreed to turn down music.

11:40 p.m., city ordinance violation, Peachtree, dogs barking constantly, dogs put up.

1:10 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, W. Kilpatrick at Sycamore, Jersey Lyn Cantrell arrested for driving while intoxicated.

10:25 a.m., information, Brenda, release of criminal trespass.

10:52 a.m., welfare concern, Karen, everything OK.

1:22 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, advised subject receiving spam emails.

1:52 p.m., public assist, W. Broad, package stuck in box, officer assisted in removing, and taken to another location.

10:26 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, case ready for pick up.

October 14

12:53 a.m., assist other agency 300 Greenville, runaway from Smith County, possibly in Mineola, unable to locate.

8:14 a.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific at E. Broad, subject holding toy gun playing as if it was guitar, almost hit by motorist, subject not observed in roadway.

8:41 a.m., trespassing, N. Newsom, criminal trespass removed by manager.

9:59 a.m., welfare concern, E. Broad at N. Pacific, vehicle is sticking out of intersection, no violation observed.

10:11 a.m., assist other agency, Wells, warrant service, no contact.

10:23 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, unable to maintain lane, citation and warning issued.

12:53 p.m., drug offense, NE Loop 564, found rolled up sock with meth pipe.

6:16 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, male took items, left northbound on Pacific, report filed.

7:18 p.m., information NE Loop 564, wallet lost, later found.

October 15

7:04 a.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, possibly intoxicated female with no shoes, given ride.

8:20 a.m., suspicious person, E. Front, subject sleeping on bench, verbal warning.

2:50 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, two males fighting, left prior to officer arrival.

2:53 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at Loop 564, child not breathing, transported by EMS.

3:28 p.m., warrant service, Emily, no contact.

3:52 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk W. Front, Randall Carter Wilt arrested, juvenile subjects released.

4:02 p.m., disturbance, 1200 blk Bromberg, verbal only.

6:11 p.m., civil matter E. Broad, officers advised subject it is a civil issue.

7:32 p.m., warrant service, Martha, no contact.

8:03 p.m., information, Pegues, party reported sold her gun without her knowledge, gave different number from one being called from.

8:45 p.m., disturbance, Chloe, three males in physical altercation, Jake Lee Hall, Fruitvale, arrested for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury and assault causes bodily injury-family violence.

9:35 p.m.., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk W. Loop 564, pedestrian hit by vehicle, subject transported by EMS.

11:44 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, person with guitar bothering customers, subject left store.

12:25 a.m., assist other agency, English, runaway’s phone pinged at Mineola location, no one at home.

4:26 a.m., assist other agency, Giraud, assist EMS.

6:13 a.m., motorist assist, 1000 blk W. Loop 564, disabled vehicle, helped motorist change tire.

7:46 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at E. Broad, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

8:20 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, two vehicles.

9:11 a.m., information, N. Newsom, lost wallet, later found, cash missing.

9:53 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, officer flagged down, seeking directions.

10:50 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, question about criminal trespass, CT removed.

11:18 a.m., public assist, Brenda, two criminal trespass warnings issued.

11:38 a.m., E. Broad, subjects keep coming to store after being warned, left before officer arrival.

12:32 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, minor.

1:35 p.m., found property, South at Elliot, wallet, spoke to manager of apartments, complaint about subject sleeping in hallway.

1:37 p.m., public assist, Short, purse located.

2:51 p.m., reckless driver, 1100 blk N. Pacific, following too closely and swerving, unable to locate.

3:52 p.m., information, Kings, suspicious tool found, discarded.

4:13 p.m., warrant service, Emily, Randall Carter Wilt arrested.

6:12 p.m., theft, W. Broad, motorcycle stolen.

7:19 p.m., public assist, E. Broad, purse and wallet left behind at closed business, property returned.

9:12 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, high speed, aggressive, unable to locate.

October 18

5:38 a.m., suspicious person/vehicle, Front, person knocked on door inquiring about ad, no offense occurred.

8:48 a.m., reckless driver, W. Patten, swerving, citation and warning issued.

10:59 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific, drove through median, unable to locate any property damage.

11:18 a.m., assist other agency, Greenville, CPR in progress, fire and EMS.

11:27 a.m., reckless driver, 100 blk NW Loop 564, passing on shoulder, father came to pick up son.

12:12 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Loop 564 at E. Broad, two vehicles.

12:25 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, two males fighting, one left, unable to locate, one transported by EMS.

3:39 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk S. Pacific, blocking shoulder, running others off road, stopped, two warnings issued.

4:45 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, child running around yelling, being pursued by vehicle, officer spoke with boy, leaving with grandmother.

4:54 p.m., welfare concern, E. Broad, unable to reach subject, subject located, had left phone.

5:08 p.m., burglary, W. Patten, everything secure.

5:12 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, subject needs jump, officer assisted.

5:29 p.m., assist other agency, W. Front, unruly passenger, will get ride to Longview.

5:41 p.m., disturbance, Karen, people yelling, verbal only.

7:38 p.m., welfare concern, 700 blk W. Broad, female parked at location all day, vendors for Hwy. 80 sale.

9:11 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, someone revving engine, two vehicles racing, officer spoke with both drivers.

10:09 p.m., assist other agency, Greenville, male throwing items, transported by EMS.

Officers also made 47 traffic stops and answered 15 animal control calls and six alarms.
