4:16 p.m., theft, E. Broad, left cell hone in bathroom, gone when subject returned, location pinging in Quitman, later recovered.
4:19 p.m., reckless driver,Hwy. 37 at CR 2320, unable to maintain lane, vehicle stopped, warning issued.
6:56 p.m., motorist assist, N. Johnson at E. Broad, light blinking red, TxDOT advised.
7:58 p.m., assist other agency, S. Johnson, fire alarm, disregarded.
