12:14 p.m., disturbance, NW Loop 564, disgruntled customer banging on door, left voluntarily.

12:27 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564 at N. Pacific, minor, no injuries.

12:47 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, minor.

 4:35 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2724, fire department located lost subjects.

5:56 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 1600 blk W. Broad, car parked in front of location for awhile, man walking property, told to come back when business open.

7:20 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, officer flagged down by woman looking for daughter, located in Golden.

7:39 p.m., public assist, N. Line, subject no longer lives at residence.

7:42 p.m., city ordinance violation, Landers at Engle, someone burning trash, no violation in burning pit.

11:41 p.m., information, 100 blk Commerce.

March 2

12:31 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Newsom at Nancy, individuals are residents of home.

12:59 a.m., reckless driver, 1900 blk S. Pacific, driving on wrong side of road, unable to locate.

1:45 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Wells, parked in driveway, rang door bell, drove off, directed patrol issued.

4:01 a.m., drunken subject, 100 blk Commerce, Heather Leigh Roussere arrested.

7:10 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Bromberg, subject driving around parking lot and banging on door since 3:00 a.m., unable to locate.

12:57 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 300 Greenville, driven by fireman going to station for call.

2:06 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, subject wants person who is former friend removed from vehicle, unable to locate.

2:21 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, request to speak to child who took ball, returned prior to coming to police station.

3:45 p.m., suspicious persons E. Broad, subjects having relations in parking lot, voice mails left with juveniles’ parents.

5:01 p.m., found property, 1800 blk S. Pacific, wallet in roadway, contacted owner.

5:31 p.m., harassment, N. Pacific, subject getting gas and person drove up and threatened them, referred to sheriff’s office, previous reports made on suspect.

6:18 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, minor.

6:29 p.m., unknown offense, 100 blk Walnut, officer flagged down by someone wanting to talk.

7:09 p.m., motorist assist, 1800 blk S. Pacific, vehicle out of gas.

8:17 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, male pushed out shopping cart full of items, heading north, sheriff’s office contacted.

11:11 p.m., unknown offense, W. Broad, unlocked door, officer able to lock it. 

March 3

1:40 a.m., found property, 1122 N. Pacific, phone, owner will pick up.

3:09 a.m., disturbance, E. Broad, criminal trespass requested for suspect.

8:56 a.m., assist other agency, search warrant served.

9:05 a.m., suspicious person, 600 blk W. Patten, subject cutting tree.

9:13 a.m., information, Robin, mailbox laying over, extra patrol set up.

3:41 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville, items returned to owner.

4:17 p.m., harassment, Lilly, phone scam.

4:30 p.m., public assist, NE Loop 564, criminal trespass warning and citation issued.

4:34 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk E. Broad, automated call, unable locate.

5:15 p.m., information, 2200 blk N. Pacific, information concerning prior accident.

5:45 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, northbound driver cut off, referred to sheriff’s office.

6:43 p.m., assist other agency, E. Broad one mile past loop, assist sheriff’s office with subject walking down center of highway.

8:19 p.m., public assist, 2200 blk N. Pacific, request to speak to officer.

10:06 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, tree fell on home. 

March 4

1:39 a.m., suspicious persons, Kings, victim claimed subjects would follow him, advised would go back inside.

4:27 a.m., information, Old Tyler Hwy., tree on power line sparking.

4:46 a.m., information, Emily, tree fell, Leslie Lane blocked by tree, pulled down power line.

7:27 a.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Loop 564 at CR 2200, two vehicles.

11:02 a.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, subject just released from hospital, Adult Protective Services contacted.

12:53 p.m., suspicious person S. Pacific, residence clear, no signs of criminal activity.

3:27 p.m., public assist, 700 blk W. Patten, power line down.

3:29 p.m., public assist, low hanging cable line, cut and moved from roadway.

4:18 p.m., trespassing, CR 2724, two criminal trespass warnings issued.

4:55 p.m., public assist E. Front, subjects who missed train waiting on bus.

8:11 p.m., public assist, E. Broad, subject needing assistance to get to location.

8:37 p.m., public assist, 6000 blk FM 1254, large tree blocking roadway.

9:05 p.m., unsecured area, N. Pacific, outside double doors, inside doors locked.

March 5

6:55 a.m., motorist assist, 300 blk Pat, gate opened into roadway, gate closed.

7:20 a.m., information, N. Newsom, dog got out during storm.

12:33 p.m., harassment, Sycamore, officer stated it is not harassment.

1:00 p.m., unsecured area, back door to empty house open, door closed.

2:27 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, subject left wallet in buggy, returned to store and it was gone.

3:33 p.m., subject stopped, 600 blk Patten, man walking.

4:57 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, wallet left at location.

5:34 p.m., information, Wigley, text message, ongoing case.

8:58 p.m., assault, Isabella, suspect pushed and hit victim, parties separated, forwarded to CID.

9:07 p.m., welfare concern, E. Broad at city limits, bicycle with no lights, no offense. 

March 6

12:31 a.m., suspicious persons, NE Loop 564, unable to locate.

11:11 a.m., suspicious person, 200 blk E. Broad, subject seeking donations, advised permit was needed.

3:56 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Pacific, subject panhandling, left voluntarily.

5:29 p.m., suspicious persons, E. Commerce, two kids on top of shipping container, gone upon officer’s arrival.

6:20 p.m., trespassing, NE Loop 564, subject in store previously criminally trespassed, Chad Stewart Hoppe arrested.

6:50 p.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, subject left area.

March 7

11:16 a.m., information, Greenville, subject asked to bring documents to address claim and hung up.

12:53 p.m., motorist assist, 1700 blk W. Loop 564, driver of parked vehicle yelling and seemed upset, was fine and leaving.

2:19 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk E. Broad, vehicle moved from roadway.

3:25 p.m., terroristic threat, Emily, threatening text messages.

4:25 p.m., public assist, Cheek at W. Broad, elderly woman, trying to teach officer how to cure Covid.

6:48 p.m., suspicious person, 800 blk E. Broad, subject appears to be sleeping on edge of roadway, spoke with subject earlier, and is OK.

5:31 p.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Loop 564 at FM 49, bicyclist on wrong side of road.

5:58 p.m., public assist, 600 blk E. Broad, subject has been sleeping near roadway, wants help getting to shelter, given ride the Christus clinic in Lindale.

6:15 p.m., motorist assist, 600 blk W. Broad, clearing roadway debris.

6:21 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at city limits, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

7:17 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, two vehicles.

9:57 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, subject OK.

10:05 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 400 blk W. Kilpatrick, vehicle hit power pole.

Officers also made 106 traffic stops and answered nine animal control calls and 13 alarms.
