7:45 a.m., missing person, girlfriend missing since previous evening, threatened self harm, vehicle located, EMS checked subject.

11:00 a.m., assault, W. Kilpatrick, party wanted subjects criminally trespassed.

12:13 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, subject went willingly with EMS.

12:52 p.m., public assist, E. Kilpatrick, assistance getting debit card out of ATM.

1:37 p.m., reckless driver, Loop 564 at Hwy. 37, weaving, no violations observed.

1:47 p.m., disorderly conduct, NE Loop 564, customer would not leave store, cussing, threatening to spit on employees, criminally trespassed from location.

3:19 p.m., information, W. Kilpatrick, information on statute of limitations.

3:29 p.m., warrant service, Goodson Cir., welfare check for CPS, negative contact.

3:55 p.m., warrant service, Meadowbrook, Michael Shane Garland arrested.

4:02 p.m., welfare concern, Brenda, has not heard from friend since late February, subject contacted and is OK.

4:34 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at city limits, unable to maintain lane, vehicle stopped, citation issued.

8:20 p.m., suspicious person, Pat, someone knocked on door saying they had been assaulted, Tony Craig Forsyth arrested for assault causes bodily injury, interference with emergency call.

March 9

1:11 p.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, subject will not leave station, gone upon officer arrival.

1:34 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, vehicle parked in aisle, no offense, vehicle left.

2:50 p.m., suspicious person, Padgett, subject jumped fence into backyard and then out, asking where ice cream is, unable to locate.

2:55 p.m., city ordinance violation, E. McDonald, smoke in area, homeowners burning inside fire ring.

3:09 p.m., theft, W. Broad, subject from earlier calls inside store eating items he cannot pay for, criminal trespassed, owner does not wish to pursue charges.

3:13 p.m., information, Bluebird, parent with child behavioral issue, juvenile calmed down, officer no longer needed.

5:06 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, subject advised of suspects taking photos of vehicle, later approached by man, concerned for stalking. Identity theft.

5:59 p.m., drunken subject, NE Loop 564, man passed out in grass, got into vehicle and started driving, vehicle stopped, Juan Aguilera arrested for driving while intoxicated.

7:34 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Broad, question about burning in city limits.

8:31 p.m., assist other agency, 1400 blk S. Pacific, DPS traffic stop, one arrest.

9:33 p.m., assist other agency, 300 Greenville, sheriff’s office investigating disturbance, suspects at PD.

9:33 p.m., suspicious person, 500 blk Wren, male walking around area drinking out of puddles, unable to locate.

10:08 p.m., unknown offense, 100 blk Front, vehicle pulled up on traffic stop.

March 10

12:58 a.m., information, 300 blk W. Broad, request to check on vehicle possibly located in Mineola, unable to locate.

2:26 a.m., public assist, N. Pacific, follow up to prior pursuit, vehicle followed, juveniles detained.

9:07 a.m., suspicious person, W. Patten, subject given ride.

9:30 a.m., information, N. Hwy. 69, subject from prior call trying to steal from business and get into car that is not his, given ride to Lindale.

10:22 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, call about welfare concern, subject lives in Iowa, made contact and subject OK.

12:44 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, female walking around parking lot asking for ride, unable to locate.

12:59 p.m., found property, 1200 blk N. Pacific, phone found in roadway, returned to owner.

4:17 p.m., assist other agency, E. Hwy. 80, multi-vehicle accident.

6:02 p.m., harassment, N. Pacific, estranged wife sending threatening texts, officer advise texts are not harassment, advised subject to block party.

7:16 p.m., assist other agency, Goodson Cir., EMS call.

8:04 p.m., theft, S. Pacific, subject ran out of store, unsure of stole anything, unable to locate.

9:05 p.m., motorist assist, W. Broad, traffic control for tow truck.

10:46 p.m., welfare concern, Sycamore at Dubose, subject OK.

March 11

12:07 a.m., public assist 1200 blk N. Pacific, debris in roadway, cleared.

9:41 a.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Broad at Graham, minor, no injuries.

10:57 a.m., information, S. Pacific, vehicle repossession.

2:47 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk N. Pacific, child not in car seat, not located.

5:46 p.m., disturbance, W. Broad, subject trying to get property from ex-husband, requested her to be trespassed from property.

6:09 p.m., disturbance, Kings Lane, two roommates fighting, verbal only, parties separated.

6:55 p.m., frauds Boundary, someone took out insurance policy in victim’s name.

March 12

1:22 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 1200 blk N. Pacific, unoccupied, possible mechanical issues.

8:28 a.m., escort, Meadowbrook, funeral.

1:54 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, stopped by sheriff’s deputy.

1:57 p.m., theft N. Johnson, TV boxes taken by movers.

3:00 p.m., criminal mischief, W. Kilpatrick, no offense, subject threw bottles after becoming upset.

7:43 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S. Pacific, high speed, trooper observed no violation.

9:55 p.m., information, Smith County, advised contact Lindale about injured dog.

March 13

12:40 a.m., disturbance, N. Newsom, neighbor and girlfriend fighting with subject, situation deescalated.

4:23 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Jan, parked across street, left before officer arrival.

12:58 p.m., information, W. Broad, stolen property recovered.

1:27 p.m., drug offense, Sycamore, marijuana possession.

3:49 p.m., information, Wigley, abandoned vehicle on private property.

3:58 p.m., motor vehicle accidents NW Loop 564, hit and run.

6:34 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, subject reports being hit by vehicle in parking lot.

8:25 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, vehicle after hours.

8:27 p.m., assist other agency, FM 49, assist sheriff’s office.

8:41 p.m., motorist assist, CR 2724, lost keys, unable to locate.

8:54 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, information about prior disturbance.

9:46 p.m., suspicious person, W. Kilpatrick, man yelling profanities, unable to locate, directed patrol issued.

10:17 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, CPS follow up, nothing of concern.

11:42 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, same as prior call.

March 14

1:25 a.m., suspicious persons N. Pacific, someone sitting in parking lot, everything OK.

3:02 a.m., assist other agency, E. Broad at N. Pacific, block traffic for EMS priority call.

7:27 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at E. Broad, weaving in and out of traffic, unable to locate.

11:23 a.m., welfare concern, E. Broad, subject missing for five days, located, went with parents for medical help.

1:28 p.m., subject stopped, CR 2724, waiting on ride.

2:34 p.m., harassment, N. Newsom, subject to seek restraining order.

4:04 p.m., motorist assist S. Pacific at city limits, vehicle with flat tire, waiting for help.

4:16 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, male and female fighting in parking lot, unable locate.

4:51 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, male in vehicle refusing to respond to anyone, Morris Wendell Baker III, Alba, arrested for driving while intoxicated.

5:00 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Johnson, someone burning leaves, was subject cooking on barbecue grill.

5:06 p.m., theft, E. Broad, someone walked out of store with merchandise, will advise later whether to pursue charges.

5:48 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564, EMS call.

7:13 p.m., motorist assist, 1400 blk W. Broad, debris in roadway, cleared.

8:38 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, after hours, vehicle left.

9:47 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, vehicle driving quickly in parking lot, asked to slow down.

10:27 p.m., assist other agency, Giraud, fall victim with head injury.

Officers also made 50 traffic stops and answers 16 animal control calls and four alarms.
