8:52 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at Nancy, subject with possible warrant, advised to contact court clerk.

11:50 a.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, open 911 calls, unable to locate.

12:58 p.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, subject requesting to file charges for sexually transmitted disease, advised consent negated criminal act.

3:33 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, two men arguing, unable to locate.

3:35 p.m., motorist assist, 1300 blk N. Pacific, RV broken down, unable to locate.

5:36 p.m., trespassing, N. Pacific, criminal trespass requested for subject who was fired.

8:04 p.m., motorist assist, 200 blk E. McDonald, motorcycle broken down.

8:34 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, officer flagged down for question about directed patrol.

8:51 p.m., motorist assist, 200 blk Cage, car in roadway, refilling gas.

9:39 p.m., subject stopped, Greenville, female digging in Dumpster, explained what she was doing is theft.

11:50 p.m., unknown offense, 100 blk Commerce, officer flagged down, subject kicked out of house wanted to know if he could sleep in car.

March 16

12:31 a.m., disturbance, W. McDonald, friend and friend’s boyfriend fighting, second 911 call, Eric Zavala arrested for aggravated assault with desalt weapon, assault of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, assault causes boldly injury/family violence.

12:53 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 37, assist trooper and fire with 2-vehicle accident.

3:13 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Johnson at Greenville, two vehicles.

3:43 p.m., theft, Freeman, 48-foot trailer loaded with shingles, located in Kaufman County.

4:20 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, two people shoplifting, suspects identified, no charges filed.

8:07 p.m., welfare concern, E. Broad, owner out of town, received emergency text message, store is secure.

8:12 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 400 blk N. Pacific, two vehicles.

9:17 p.m., city ordinance violation, Brenda, loud music, music turned down.

March 17

12:06 a.m., city ordinance violation, Brenda, loud music, written warning and advised to turn off music.

11:42 a.m., assist other agency, 100 blk NE Loop 564, assist motorist with tire change.

1:30 p.m., public assist, 700 blk S. Pacific, traffic control for truck.

5:55 p.m., assist other agency, Lilly, medical call.

7:04 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, wallet left on table.

7:18 p.m., motorist assist, 1800 blk S. Pacific, truck parked in turning lane, truck towed.

7:22 p.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, two kids seen on roof, got down and apologized.

8:43 p.m., public assist, 2100 blk N. Pacific, debris in roadway, picked up.

8:54 p.m., welfare concern, W. Front, child in park, mother contacted.

March 18

1:02 a.m., information, Autumn Wind, vehicle repossession.

6:38 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, subject went with EMS to hospital.

9:04 a.m., trespassing, E. Broad at Loop 564, subjects walking on train tracks, unable to locate.

10:18 a.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, minor in parking lot.

1:53 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, traffic control.

1:54 p.m., found property, NE Loop 564, fake money.

4:34 p.m., unsecured area, E. Commerce, open door, items in business appear to be out of place, caused by wind.

6:45 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk Stone, vehicles blocking roadway, none observed with parking violation.

7:12 p.m., reckless driver, Elliott at Krause, tow truck chasing other vehicle.

8:05 p.m., information, Wigley, vehicle missing license plate.

8:15 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, N. Pacific, subject falling asleep at wheel, Jeremy Lee Scott arrested for driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container.

8:34 p.m., information, N. Line, directed patrol for possible location of suspect.

11:59 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2220, suspicious vehicle at storage units, unable to locate.

March 19

11:38 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, speeding, tailgating.

11:49 a.m., welfare concern, E. Broad, man in wheelchair, Uber driver refused to transport subject, living conditions reported to Adult Protective Services.

4:11 p.m., fraud, Pat, rental listing scam, officer unable to contact complainant.

4:17 p.m., unknown offense, Rainbow, 911 hang up, officer checked houses, no one called 911.

March 20

10:45 a.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad, parking lot.

12:13 p.m., motorist assist, Pacific at Broad, truck blocking traffic, roadway cleared.

12:54 p.m., assist other agency, W. Blair, combative patient, going with EMS of own will.

3:57 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 400 blk S. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries.

4:57 p.m., assist other agency, FM 49 at city limits, sheriff’s office in pursuit, suspect attempted to run over reporting party, party shot at suspect, grazing suspect’s head, pursued on Loop 564 over 100 miles per hour, vehicle wrecked east of city, suspect on foot.

Sheriff’s department later reported subject Walter Wayne Hall of Hawkins arrested for evading arrest, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, burglary of habitation.

March 21

1:57 a.m., N. Pacific, information, five subjects possibly criminally trespassed from location, five criminal trespass warnings issued.

7:19 a.m., assist other agency, Bromberg.

9:58 a.m., subjects stopped, 1200 blk W. Broad, three juveniles walking on railroad tracks, advised to stay off railroad property.

11:02 a.m., fraud, Pegues, subject being blackmailed over photos.

1:46 p.m., assist other agency, E. Hwy. 80, vehicle accident, turned over to DPS.

2:26 p.m., motorist assist, 2200 blk N. Pacific, vehicle reported broken down, unable to locate.

2:32 p.m., theft, Goodson Cir., wallet taken from home, door left open, wallet found.

2:38 p.m., welfare concern, 600 blk Ivey, side-by-side and 4-wheeler driving recklessly, unable locate.

3:18 p.m., public assist, 1900 blk S. Pacific, three propane tanks in roadway, unable to locate.

4:50 p.m., city ordinance violation, Spring Lake, two men soliciting in area, subjects have permit.

11:01 p.m., welfare concern, S. Pacific, subject has not returned from trip to town, sheriff’s office advised subject in custody for DWI.

Officers also made 55 traffic stops and answered 19 animal control calls and seven alarms.
