The Mineola Middle School Builders Club won the booth decorting contest at the annual Mineola Kiwanis Club chili cookoff Saturday. The service club is sponsored by Kiwanis. Manning the booth were, from left, Ashley Ventura, Shayleigh Threlkeld, Mrs. Cameron Stack, Emberly Weatherford, Kristasia Rossie and Ava Halbert. The People’s Choice award went to Bobby Tucker for Constable for raising the most tips.
