Plans readied for Mineola’s May Fiesta

The Mineola Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for the annual Fiesta de Mayo Saturday, May 3 in downtown Mineola from 10 a.m. to 4 pm.

The line up includes music by Mariachi Real, classic car show, folkloric and Aztec dancers, food trucks, artisan vendors, multiple piñatas, a pepper-eating contest and more.
