Quitman Christmas Sharing program readies for big fundraising garage sale

Quitman Christmas Sharing is gearing for one of their big fundraisers at the end of the month.

The annual garage sale will be held June 25 and 26 at the Christmas Sharing warehouse at 603 Cliff Street in Quitman. The garage sale will include clothing, furniture, arts and crafts, sporting goods, antiques, dishes, home décor and much more. The large building is full and the prices will be low.

Quitman Christmas Sharing Plus is a 501(c3) non-profit organization and is a major benefactor to the community to assist local families by providing them with food, clothing and toys at Christmas.

The big garage sale will be open Friday, June 25 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday, June 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert
