Quitman grad earns masters degree from Lamar University
Amber Grant, a 2002 graduate of Quitman High School and an 8th grade English Language Arts and Reading teacher and coach at Loma Alta Middle School in Medina Valley, has graduated from Lamar University with a master’s degree in educational administration with a 4.0 grade-point average.
Grant, who is the daughter of Bobby Grant of Quitman, expressed gratitude to family, friends and colleagues for their support.
“This degree represents a commitment to our students and their futures,” she said.
