Replats and manufactured home gain P&Z approval
Mineola Planning and Zoning Commission approved a pair of replats and a request to locate a manufactured home on Krause St. last Monday, Sept. 12.
The matters also require approval by the city council.
Another item was skipped after the owner requested no action be taken on a request to rezone lots and will be taken up at a future meeting.
The manufactured home was approved for 312 Krause St. for Jason Thompson.
A replat was approved for lots on E. Broad St. to clean up property lines at the location of the new ABC Auto Parts location.
A replat was approved at 304 and 312 Wigley to adjust a property line that runs through a house.
The city council also approved the matters on Monday, Sept. 19.
