Roxie Ann Robertson  1952-2020

Services for Roxie Ann Robertson, 67, of Point were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020 at Believers Baptist Church, Emory, with Bro. Jason Roland officiating.

Interment followed in Colony Cemetery.

Mrs. Robertson passed away Oct. 1, 2020 in Tyler. She was born Dec. 2, 1952 in Hugo, Okla. to Kenneth and Laura Harris Sumner. Roxie spent her early years in Oak Cliff and graduated from Crozier Tech High School in Dallas in 1971. She also spent three years in Alaska and the last 33 years in Rains and Wood County. She worked at Texas Instruments, Max-A-Mart in Emory and Parkview Nursing Home in Paris. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Danny Alan Sumner.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Shane Robertson of Point; son, Jason Lee Michaels and wife Robin of Rowlett; and numerous other relatives and friends.
