Two members of the Mineola Yellowjackets have been named to the first team offense of the Class 3A All-State Football Team by the Texas Sports Writers Association, while two others made the second team.

Two ‘Jackets awarded first-team all-state
Two members of the Mineola Yellowjackets have been named to the first team offense of the Class 3A All-State Football Team by the Texas Sports Writers Association, while two others made the second team.
Guard Jackson Anderson, a 6-4, 295 lbs. senior, and running back Trevion Sneed, a 6-1, 235 lbs. senior, made the first team.
Named to the second team were Dawson Pendergrass, a 6-3, 185 lbs. sophomore as an all-purpose offensive player, and defensive linemen Kobe Kendrick, a 6-1, 216 lbs. senior.
Pendergrass also made the third team defense as a utility player.
Making the Class 2A Honorable Mention team was Ryan Jackson, a 5-11, 202 lbs. senior fullback from Alba-Golden
