Deputy Pollard; victim had protection order against ex-husband that expired, ex-husband has started threatening victim in front of CPS workers, incident report completed.

Sgt. Williams, criminal trespass; caller had video of person criminally trespassed from property, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Arellano, suspicious person, Private Road 6644; someone opened door to residence, took off running, unable to locate subject.

May 11

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Pollard, warrant service, CR 1900. Sherri Foster arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Croney, burglary, Holly Lake Ranch; caller located broken window to residence, items missing,  incident report completed.

Sgt. Morrison, warrant service; Shelly McBride arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Croney, child custody issue by phone; explained situation was civil, caller called back attempting to report assault from over a month ago, victim will come in later to make report. 

Deputy Way, dispute, CR 4200; caller trying to put in new mail box, neighbor filled hole back in. When caller dug another hole, neighbor confronted him, stepped in front of tractor. 

May 12

Deputy Skinner, bomb threat, Jarvis Christian University. Security advised student received email of bomb threat in Pennsylvania, appropriate agency contacted.

Deputy Kovic assisted Winnsboro PD, warrant service, FM 14. Ronald Turner arrested for outstanding warrant.

Sgt. Cox, abandoned vehicle, CR 3400; unable to reach owner, vehicle towed. 

Captain Chilson, Deputy Hughes, burglary, CR 4897; gaming console stolen from residence, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Hughes, assault, FM 852; male hit victim with car door causing injury. Deputy contacted male who advised female was attempting to pull him out of vehicle which caused door to hit her, witness confirmed male’s story.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Comeaux, suspicious person, FM 14; property owner believed neighbors were messing with door lock, no persons located in area, discovered caller Timothy Taylor had active warrant, transported him to jail.

Lt Milbourn, Cpl. Burdick,, Deputy Comeaux assisted Hawkins PD, active fight. Tucker Maxson arrested.

May 13

Sgt. Cox, animal bite; victim advised while working on lemur enclosure, dog scared lemur causing it to bite, lemur will be quarantined.

Deputy Skinner, disturbance, FM 1801; two females advised their stepdad and mother got into argument, parties separated. 

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Comeaux, disturbance, CR 2375; mother advised son became angry, pushed her. Juvenile probation contacted.

Deputy Comeaux, theft, CR 3802; victim advised multiple items missing from property, did not have serial numbers.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Hughes, Deputy Comeaux, welfare check; subject advised he was in fear, told deputies to check building for someone possibly inside. No person located, deputies located drug paraphernalia. After search of residence, large amount of drug paraphernalia located.

Sgt. Morrison , subject on Hwy. 154; Gary Morris found to have active warrant, taken into custody.

May 14

Sgt. Cox, Deputy Kovic, young girls walking down road, FM 69; three girls had run away, en route to Dallas. CPS contacted, interviewed family, children released back to them. 

Sgt. Cox, Cpl. Baldwin, welfare check, CR 2460; subject went with EMS to be checked out, deputies observed subject’s residence to be in poor living condition, APS contacted.

Sgt. Cox, Cpl. Baldwin, stolen vehicle, CR 2230; vehicle showed to be in area, deputies unable to locate.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Comeaux, missing juvenile, CR 2375. Deputies located juvenile who ran away due to having phone taken. Juvenile probation contacted.

Deputy Comeaux, criminal mischief, Loop 564; during road rage incident, car was egged. Deputies unable to locate suspect.

Cpl. Burdick, information on wanted person, Hwy. 80; property owner gave consent to search building, Joe Musselwhite located, taken into custody.

May 15

Cpl. Cooper, Deputy Pollard, CID, bomb threat, Jarvis Christian; after campus searched and no bombs located, FBI contacted deputies who stated incident was nationwide threat. 

Cpl. Cooper, Deputy Croney, agency assist, FM 17. EMS advised patient pulled knife, deputies able to get knife away from patient having mental issues.

Cpl. Cooper, theft, FM 2869; storage building broken into, multiple items taken.

Cpl. Rapp, disturbance, FM 14; male, girlfriend got into argument, did not get physical, girlfriend left prior to deputies’ arrival, unable to contact her. 

May 16

Cpl. Cooper, warrant service, Adult Probation. Fernando Tremino arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Way, abandoned vehicle, FM 852; unable to contact registered owner, vehicle towed.

Deputy Arellano, disturbance, FM 1801; parties left before deputies arrived.

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Arellano, disturbance, CR 2540; female in her garage hiding from boyfriend. Deputies spoke with boyfriend who advised he was getting away from girlfriend, female not located, had active warrants.

Sgt. Williams, disturbance, CR 4631; caller gave very little information, kept hanging up; parties stated female waiting for ride to leave residence.
