Deputy Way, warrant service, Adult Probation. Debrah East arrested on active warrant.

Deputy Beck, assault; victim and boyfriend got into argument that became physical, boyfriend followed victim into bathroom, assaulted her and left, deputies located suspect, Chick McCarty, arrested for assault.

Capt. Chilson, Cpl. Rich, welfare concern, CR 1660; disturbance reported, caller wanted deputies to check on his mother, deputies learned suspect had active warrant, fled prior to their arrival, received second call that suspect returned, upon deputies’ arrival, he fled scene again. Van Zandt County located suspect, he was arrested.

June 19

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy George, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, CR 2150; someone stole truck and trailer from construction site, deputies located security footage of stolen vehicle, entered as stolen.

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy George, warrant service, Holiday Village. Kathryn O’Connor arrested on active warrant.

Deputy Gloar, traffic hazard, CR 4750; deputy observed trailer left in roadway, it was towed.

June 20

Deputy Haley, theft, Hawkins; store employee advised lottery tickets, cash were stolen. Security footage will be provided, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Haney, agency assist, Mineola. Mineola PD advised they had large disturbance that became physical, deputy transported male subject to jail for assault family violence.

Deputy Tustin, welfare check; neighbor’s kids claimed they had been abused, deputies responded to address previously where they observed food for children, CPS contacted.

June 21

Deputy Haney, theft, CR 2880; during weekend someone stole UTV, victim was advised to locate identifying information, it will be entered as stolen.

Deputy Tustin, agency assist, CR 1912; EMS advised highly intoxicated male unable to speak, deputies discovered subject highly intoxicated, had stroke-like symptoms for a week, transported by EMS to receive treatment.

Deputy Tustin, agency assist, Yantis; EMS had subject with low blood sugar, when they arrived, subject unresponsive, deputies entered residence, subject transported by EMS.

June 22

Deputy Haley, theft, CR 2880; someone stole solar panels from residence, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Tustin, theft, FM 312; someone stole box trailer from residence, victim to provide security footage of suspect, offense report completed.

Deputy Haney, child abuse; father advised when he picked up children, they stated mother had thrown shoe at one of them, causing bruising, CPS contacted.

June 23

Deputy George, warrant service, FM 2869. Hayden Seay arrested on active warrant.

Texas Rangers, Criminal Investigations, warrant service, Winnsboro. Jared Lancaster arrested on active warrant.

Deputy Gloar, disturbance, CR 1676; victim had been assaulted by common law husband who fled scene prior to deputy’s arrival, offense report completed.

June 24

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Smith, Deputy George, warrant service, CR 3269. John Ferran arrested on active warrant.

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Whisenhunt, Deputy Holland, disturbance, CR 1676; caller advised person she is staying with threatened her with knife, kept her from leaving, suspect left prior to deputies’ arrival, was not located, offense report completed, victim removed from residence.

Deputy Way, unauthorized use of motor vehicle; caller’s ex-boyfriend took vehicle, would not return it, vehicle entered as stolen.
