Bagging cash for vets
They Got Your 6 Foundation, a local charity assisting veterans, first responders and their families with various needs, hosted a benefit cornhole tournament in downtown Mineola Saturday.
Heather Mullins and Aaron Graham won the upper tier tournament. Second place went to Shelby Jones and Dallas Scott and finsihing in third were Armando Trejo and Roger Carter.
Organizers said they plan to hold events next year and hope to have the tournament during a cooler season.
