Jose Javier Gaytan Lopez, Dallas, PCS PG1/1-B four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, Oct. 10.

Eli Zadan Micaiah Stone, Winnsboro, prohibited substance in correctional facility, third degree felony, Feb. 18.
