Diabetes education programs to start Oct. 26
“Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes” is a three-class series designed to help participants better manage their diabetes. Sponsored by the Wood County Extension Office, the classes will be held Wednesdays Oct. 26, Nov. 2 and Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m. at St Peter’s Catholic Church Fellowship Hall in Mineola. The cost for the three-class series is $15.
Class programs will be presented by a certified diabetes educator and participants will receive a notebook with all hand-outs and information as well as a goody bag with many resources and chances at door prizes.
