Gilcreases celebrate 50 years
Gil and Alice Gilcrease celebrated their 50th anniversary April 16 with their daughter Debra K. Teter and son-in-law Brian Teter and grandchildren Haley, Holly and Joey. Bro. Arthur Dimsdale officiated the vows at his home in Hainesville in 1970. They were introduced to each other by John and Rose Savage of Quitman. Gil worked for GTE for 35 years and Peoples for 11 years. Alice worked at the 24 Market in Quitman for 24 years.
