The Wood County Grand Jury returned the following indictments on Dec. 15 and Dec. 29.

Shannon Michel, Red Oak, credit card or debit card abuse elderly, third degree felony, $25,000 bond.

Joe Bart Cole, Quitman, unlawful possession of firearm, third degree felony, $20,000 bond; assault causes bodily injury/dating relationship with previous conviction, third degree felony (enhanced) $75,000 bond.

Cody Wayne Darden, Lindale, possession of controlled substance penalty group (PG) one, less than one gram, state jail felony, $5,000 bond.

Matthew Thomas Davis, Mt. Vernon, injury to elderly individual, third degree felony, $10,000 bond. 

Sara Nicole Davis, Lindale, possession of controlled substance, PG one less than one gram, state jail felony, $5,000 bond.

Joshua Duane Field, Van, possession of controlled substance PG one, one gram or more, but less than four grams, third degree felony, $30,000 bond.

Thomas Andrew Fitzgerald, Winnsboro, possession of controlled substance PG one, more than four grams and less than 200 grams; (use or exhibit deadly weapon) second degree felony, $50,000 bond.

Mark Gleixner, Winnsboro, possession of controlled substance one gram or more but less than four grams, third degree felony, $10,000 bond.

Roberto Carlos Hernandez, Mineola, driving while intoxicated (DWI) third or more, third degree felony, $30,000 bond. 

Robert Keith Houston, Mineola, assault causes bodily injury to family/household member with previous conviction, third degree felony, $30,000 bond.

Carl Raymond Hughey, Jr., Alba, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member-impeded breathing, circulation, third degree felony, $30,000 bond.
