Shane Carl King-Davis, Yantis, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, state jail felony.

Adrian Earl Foster, Winnsboro, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, third degree felony.

Dante Lacharles Fagan, Humble, unauthorized use of a vehicle, state jail felony; engaging in organized criminal activity, second degree felony; theft of property less than $300,000 - automatic teller machine, second degree felony.

Latoya English, Mineola, credit card or debit card abuse-elderly, third degree felony.

Kody Lane English, Cookville, credit card or debit card abuse-elderly, third degree felony.

William Arthur Eads, Como, sex offenders duty to register for life/annually, third degree felony; failure to comply with registration requirements, third degree felony.

Tevin Jamal Carter, Cedar Hill, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony; unlawful possession of metal or body armor by a convicted felon.

Aaron Cole Bennett, Sulphur Springs, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one, one gram or more but less than four grams, third degree felony.

Kattie Lanette McKeithen, Pickton, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, state jail felony.

Jennifer Renea Newman, Golden, theft of property $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, state jail felony.

Kevin David Posch, Quitman, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony.
